Keuken & Dinnerkaart passen onvoldoende bij de standing van het Hotel, onvoldoende culinair.
Duits eten is altijd wat zwaarder dan Nl/B/Fr keuken, maar nivo dient upgrade te krijgen om in lijn te komen met nivo Hotel

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr gutes Frühstück und auch das Abendessen vorzüglich. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und im Zimmer war insbesondere das stil- und geschmackvolle Badezimmer ein Augenschmaus!
Leider müssen wir das ansprechen: Im Spa-Bereich gab es während unseres Aufenhaltes einige ärgerliche Vorkommnisse. So haben Gäste des Hauses mit triefend nasser Badebekleidung die Saunaanlagen aufgesucht, ohne Handtuch und mit (!) Badeschlappen. Auch nach höflicher Aufforderung, sich den üblichen Verhaltensregeln im Saunabereich zu verhalten, wurde lediglich Unverständnis entgegnet. Das darf bitte nicht sein, gerade in so einem Luxus-Anwesen wie das Lieser-Schloss es ist. Lassen Sie sich nicht ihren hervorragenden Ruf durch solche eigenwilligen Gäste kaputt machen! Diese Erfahrung hat unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt. Die Bitte wäre künftig explitzit auf die Verhaltensregeln hinzuweisen. Herzlichen Dank!

Sehr ruhig, sehr familiär.. geborgen gefühlt.. ein sehr luxuriöses Gefühl mit wunderschöne Musik beim Frühstücken. Unikates Wellness, sehr ruhig und sauer.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft! Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten größeres Zimmer. Riesiges Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Schwimmbad und Sauna top. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Alles frisch 👍 Tolle Lage an der Mosel. Bernkastel Kues fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Aufgrund der Größe des Zimmers und den kalten Außentemperatur hat es immer etwas länger gedauert, bis das Zimmer über Klimaanlage warm wurde (für mich okay, aber Partner ist Frostbeule) 😉
Ansonsten im ganzen Hotel angenehm...

Rarely have I been so enamored with a property. Majestic, grand and very impressive.
The staff are amazing, welcoming. The interior is out of a fairytale castle. The spa is wonderful, breakfast top notch.
Room is spacious, clean. All the amenities you can imagine are provided!
Assuming the Puricelli restaurant is part of the hotel, this would be the only negative. On TripAdvisor it has a Michelin guide mention (not star!), so we were very excited to try their menu.
We started with a drink on the terrace where the waiter told us the whole staff are very new (5 months). Unfortunately this showed in the food and service, which meant that it was grossly overpriced for the quality we received.
Mind you, the staff were very friendly! But the food was subpar, bland and uninspired. I’m judging this from a Michelin mention perspective, it just didn’t live up.
This was quite the disappointment to an otherwise perfect stay!

The room was cramped and uncomfortable, the sink drain was clogged, the breakfast lacked variety and the coffee was disgusting. On the first day, there was no place for dinner for hotel guests because all the places were booked by visitors from outside. I had to look for a restaurant in the city. The spa does not have enough sun loungers, although there is a lot of space. There is nowhere to relax after the sauna, besides it is very noisy, there were many children in the pool, who were very noisy. In general, the hotel did not meet
my expectations.

This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel, everything is polished and beautifully presented from the minute you arrive.

This is a beautiful castle by the river. A must stay for those who love a castle stat and luxury. The room I booked overlooked the river and had a huge bathroom as well as a swing in the sitting area. The bed was like a cloud crossed with a bouncy castle - the best sleep I have had in a while. The breakfast was also varied and of a high standard. The staff in the Bar make an awesome cocktail also.
The property is a bit out of the way unless you plan to visit the Moselle river region.

very nice and very friendly staff, especially Xenia from reception was very professional and friendly. We were offered a welcome drink, as all guests receive upon arrival. All these small things make it worth.
The door from the room was not very soundproof. When people talk or walk in the corridors you could hear them very well. I miss in a hotel from this quality a good barrista-kind of coffee. It was now the Franke machine who made so-so coffee in the breakfast room.
