This house was in a great location! The huge yard was wonderful for our dog and the kids loved the games. The beds could use an update but overall we had a great stay.

Fair overall. Great location to downtown. Large nice private backyard. However kitchen felt dirty, grease on appliances for example. Bathroom had spider and nest. Some guests said bedding smelled dirty. Strange smell on porch. One upstairs TV did not work and missing batteries in remotes. Requests for chores including towels and bedding washed.

Kerri (manager) was communicative and helpful. Location is wonderful, and there is a great big back yard and large kitchen. So much potential in this very old house!
That being said, there were many things lacking with this property. It is summer and the screened in porch windows are in bad shape and couldn't be opened. The king bed literally shakes and creakes when you move your leg, making you feel as if it is going to break - and the large bedframe sticks out 3 inches but was covered with the comforter so multiple people injured themselves hitting it as it's close to the wall... Bathrooms and showers are so small an average person barely fits, let alone a plus sized person. There are no shelves for soap etc. The tub doesnt work. The stairs are dangerous for kids and elderly individuals. MUCH of the furniture was broken - no lamps were plugged in and no plugs near to plug them in (some were even broken). The house seemed a bit dirty with dog hair many places, and old rugs. The large backyard wasn't mowed and in places grass was over a foot high, making it unusable with small kids - a main reason we booked. Trash is super small for a space that holds 13...
And the large cleaning fee when you have to do the laundry, strip beds, take out all trash etc seems unrealistic.
Overall, again, great potential, great location, and great space if needing a large house. Needs some love, cleaning and updates to truly be worth it and feel like a vacation/retreat in this area.

The location is great, just a couple blocks from Downtown. The house had everything we needed. Despite the 27" of snow we got it was a great 2 days. Special shout on to the Gentleman in charge of cleaning the driveway. He was out at least 4x clearing a path.

This property is in a great location walking distance to the downtown area. Backyard is also huge unfortunately the weather was rainy so we couldn’t use it the first few days. The cable didn’t work for the duration of the trip however property manager was responsive and did send someone to try to fix it. However even after that attempt no cable for the trip. The dishwasher was also a bit finicky and we had to run the cycle 3 times to get clean dishes. House is old and could use some TLC like the window sills being very dirty. The bunk beds shown in the listing are not the ones actually at the house. Rather than sturdy wood beds they were metal. The back stairs are very steep to get to the bedrooms could be an issue with small children or older adults. Having trash disposal on the property was very convenient.

Great location, very close to downtown area. House was in a little rougher shape than pics make it appear. I wish we could have ckd in earier in the day or have had the AC turned on as it was. unseasonably warm that day. House was 90’ when we got there. Took quite a while to cool off.

Our vacation up to North Conway was wonderful using this property as our home base. Our 2 and 4 year old loved being able to walk to town (2-3 minutes walking) and play on the playground right in the middle of town. All of the local shops downtown were easy to access without needing to deal with the crazy parking situation. We took a short trip to the greenway just south and another trip to Cathedral Ridge for a more rigorous hike. The property had a great fenced in back yard for the kiddos and dog to play when we didn't feel like going anywhere. Plenty of seating at the dinner table allowed us to cook our own meals and seat all 8 adults down to a big friends and family dinner!

This property is the perfect location if you are looking for walkable to downtown North Conway. We had our family here with 3 little kids and it was very accessible to places like the train, playground, etc. The backyard is amazing - much larger than in pictures!
I was surprised that they asked us to do laundry to help change over the place - that was new to me (and I thought that was what the cleaning fee covered). The bunk bed room is not as it is pictured. The beds are not as nice as the wooden ones that are depicted. The rooms are also all connected upstairs, which is fine because you can close the doors in between but we didn't realize that until we got there.
Overall, great little spot for families. Would definitely come back!

Cozy and comfortable, yet spacious with 3 bathrooms, makes for a perfect retreat for both small and large groups. The yard is huge... we plan to visit in warmer weather to enjoy the amazing space for grilling and lawn games. The location couldn't be beat, just a short walk to the center with great resturaunts a 3 min walk from the house. We had a great weekend with friends, snow tubing at Cranmore and relaxing back at the home. Thank you!

House was as advertised. It is extremely close to everything you would want to do in town. The backyard was awesome and fun with the kids. Owner was quick to respond during our stay. We did have a plumbing issue, where the master bath’s shower didn’t drain well. We let the owner know at the end of our stay, but never heard back. It didn’t really impact anything.

The couch was horrible. Not comfort for us to relax and watch movies. Either get a new one or put a mattress back in the pull out bed. And the diningroom chairs are loose. A leg came off and my friend fell. Other then that we had fun

Great location with a huge back yard. Short walk to downtown with sidewalks the entire way. Also right down the road from Cranmore. We enjoyed walking to town each morning for coffee and didn’t need to worry about driving home after dinner!

Terrific location in downtown North Conway with ample room to spread out and lots of bedrooms. Proximity to Cranmore Mountain can’t be beat as well. Easy and super fast communication with the property manager as well which made things extremely easy.

Perfect spot for a group looking to be close to town, but also close to a few nearby ski mountains. Wish we got to use the backyard, but the weather didn't cooperate, would but a great space in the "off-season" too.

The house was in a great location for visiting downtown North Conway. We were taking our grandchildren for a train ride, and the station was a short walk from the house. The house could use a little TLC, but it is an old house with charm, with a new kitchen. We visited in winter so we did not use the back yard, which looked like it would be a great space in good weather.
