The welcome from the all the staff at the hotel and insights offered by our host about places to visit was really helpful. Especially top tips about the local beaches. The breakfast was outstanding. Every effort was made to make us feel welcome and get the most out of our time in the city.

I would have loved some English breakfast tea in the room.

Fragile Hotel is clearly a labour of love. Thank you to Sean, Mojca and the rest of the team for their hospitality, warm welcome and of course the exquisite hotel stay. From the morning chats with Sean offering invaluable local advice to the beautiful organic breakfast prepared by Mojca et al, we enjoyed every minute spent in the property. The team look and act like a family and it shows from how happy everyone is. I especially loved the artwork adorning the hotel walls, the polished concrete bathroom floor and all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The outdoor shower was a daily treat following a long day of exploring the island - this hotel genuinely felt like our own personal hideaway. We will most certainly be visiting again very soon! The breakfast was incredible and extremely delicious. We particularly loved to the granola. It was our first time Ciutadella, they made us feel so welcome and had excellent recommendations.

Central location. Mojca, Sean and Augustina are so helpful and accommodating with suggestions for beaches, buses, walking, rental cars. They were fantastic. Rooms were large and pristine.Breakfast was amazing.

The welcome we received was amazing. We were asked if there was an dietary issues which one of us has. Breakfast for our stay was fantastic. There was a vast range of options. Gluten Free options were available and for our final breakfast pancakes were made. They were delicious and it was wonderful that the hotel made such an effort.

The hotel is cozy, well located, with an amazing staff. I definitely recommend.

The stay at the hotel was wonderful and lovely. We were pleasantly surprised by the aesthetics of the hotel and amazing warm welcome from start by Sean and Mojca. Always helpful and gave advice on where to visit. Even helped us with booking some restaurants during peak time when restaurants in summer have been fully booked. Our holidays ended brilliantly and we were mad impressed during our stay from start to finish - we did not want to leave! Lovely breakfast, amazing room and everyone was warm-welcoming to us during our stay. Highly recommended! From Audrey and Katy

Small and personal, warm welcome and fantastic breakfast!

Lovely huge room with balcony overlooking courtyard and the cathedral, beautiful views, junior suite is very spacious and plenty of natural light, breakfast is amazing, lots of fresh local produce on offer like fresh fruits, bread, hams, cheeses, pastries and cakes, juice etc. Service is excellent, the couple that run the hotel are extremely friendly and chatty and love to give advice and help, breakfast service was great, clean rooms and common areas, perfect location a few steps from the cathedral, right in the heart of cuitadella old town plenty of bars and restaurants around.

Only thing is would be nice if bar was functioning in evening for a drink but due to COVID is closed right now.

Amazing hotel. Sean and Mojca were SO welcoming and great to talk to. Mojca's cooking is incredible and I would love to return when the restaurant is open to try more. The room was a great size, clean and quiet.

Located in the heart of the old town, we enjoyed a quiet and relaxing place, where the charming hosts would take care of us and of any question we had. Excellent breakfast, light and bio in amiable company. We can but recommend this hotel.

What didn’t we like. The hotel was perfect. Firstly, the location was great. Situated in the heart of the old town restaurants, bars, patisseries were all close by. The interior was of the hotel was minimal Scandinavian style which instantly made you feel calm and relaxed. The owners were absolutely incredible, they made us feel so welcome and kindly took the time to inform us about the best beaches and restaurants. Also both very inspiring individuals. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, healthy and satisfying. The room itself, well you know it’s good when you don’t want to leave...the interior design and attention to detail was extremely thoughtful to tailor to the perfect stay such as a speaker in the room, to the divine shower wash,, the bed was big and comfortable dressed in white linen. I would highly recommend staying at Fragile Hotel.
