We loved our stay at Fantasia…a close walk to the Seaside amphitheater/shops and even closer to the beach! We will definitely be back!

Quiet street, house was well.eqipped. one of the bikes.was broken but otherwise great stay.

We all enjoyed being at Seaside and enjoyed staying at Fantasia. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we needed. I was disappointed in running out of toilet paper the night before leaving. That should not have happened. We had a memorable weekend.

Location, location, location. Great property for our family vacation. Our two adult children loved the accommodations! We look forward to our next trip to Seaside.

The Seaside community at New Year’s is so much fun and we were in the middle of it all! Quick walk to the hub of activity: food trucks, quaint market, bookstore, post office. Just steps to the private beach too. The community is around 40 years old so there is a little bit of wear and tear here and there but only the highly discriminating will be disappointed. The management company was super responsive to our questions and one service call. We immersed ourselves in the whole experience and had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay at Fantasia! The house was perfect! Beautifully decorated. Cozy and comfortable. My family and I loved the quick convenience to the beach and the adorable Seaside square. Sandpiper Rentals is awesome and professional to work with!

The property was clean and pleasantly decorated. We loved the rooftop access for evening cocktails. Having two bikes was an added bonus. It was really close to the beach access and comfortably far away from the hustle and bustle of the town square. I would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage with lots of unique architectural details that make it fun especially for teens or kids. Just a 3 minute walk to beach access. 5 minute walk to Seaside shops/restaurants. Around the corner from the fitness center. Would stay again. Kitchen was small for the house but not a problem for a short stay. Plenty of other space. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the screened in porch with lots of chairs. Sadly Tropical Storm Nestor made our stay a wash out but we did enjoy having such a lovely cozy place to hang out!

This is a nice house! The location is fantastic for the beach and Seaside activities. You can see the ocean from the viewing deck which is enjoyable. The living room could use a larger television for viewing. There is only one bathroom upstairs to service 3 bedrooms. There is one full bath on the first floor with no bedrooms. The screened front porch is large and enjoyable for relaxing and reading.

This was our first trip to the 30A area and we loved it. We have (3) kids under 7 so the extra bedroom in the house along with the bunkbeds was a major perk. The descriptions of the house are accurate and is very clean and open. The tower overlooking the ocean was very nice in the late afternoon and evening with the breeze. The beach is easily accessible and was not crowded compared to other areas during the week. Once we parked the car on Sunday, we did not drive it again until we left on Friday. Everything is bike accessible. The only negative, and it is minor, is the location of the pools. They are not very close to the beach and the shaded family pool near the house was too cold for the kids to have fun (no sun/no warmth). The property manager (Sandpiper) was easy to contact via their app and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We look forward to our next 30A trip!

This was our first time to visit Seaside & we loved it! We feel like Fantasia is now our 2nd summer home. The house was perfect for us (2 adults, 3 year old & teenager). We didn't get to utilize the top deck as much as we would have liked, only because it was so hot. It was however perfect for fireworks!!!!! The location could not have been any better. Having washer / dryer onsite is so nice, that outdoor shower was probably my favorite part of the entire vacation & now I want one at home, and the front porch so awesome to hang out & leave things to dry, etc.... very pleased with the house & already figuring out when we will return. Maybe not July again....it's pretty hot! Not too bad for mom and dad but the toddler wore out quickly with the heat. Don't rethink this, BOOK IT if you have it saved!!!!

It was in a great location , bedroom were a little small. We made it work with 3 teenagers, everyone had a great time.

Fantasia was in a great location, easily accessible to the beach and other activities. Rooms are very small, but easily accommodated the 6 of us. Enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon beverages on the rooftop and the front porch. Great escape from Mardi Gras. The temp was in the mid 70's during the day, even with ac running it was very warm in the house. Summer months must be brutal. Back patio and 2nd floor patio furniture needs to be replaced, several of the chairs are dry rotted. Overall loved our stay and will be back in the off season. Julie

Wonderful location in Seaside Proper. Quiet street, very little traffic (even foot traffic) and the private outdoor shower/private parking were wonderful! Already booked again for next May.

We had a great family vacation! Fantasia was a wonderful fit for our family. Enjoyed spending time on the porch, and we had easy beach access. Love Seaside and Sandpiper! Coming back again next year!

Our Stay at Fantasia was perfect. The house was quaint and incredibly close to the beach and seaside proper. We truly enjoyed having coffee & cocktails on the tower deck. I think our only issue was the dishwasher. It seemed to randomly start & stop on its own. A few times after running it myself the water wouldn't drain out. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Fantasia was absolutely beautiful. The home was in the perfect location, just 3 streets from Seaside Square and a minute walk to the beach. Having access to the 3 pools was also very nice. It was a little further so we would drive from our house but still well worth it! The crows nest was a fabulous escape and you could see the beautiful ocean and town from atop the house. Overall, I highly recommend Fantasia to anyone looking for the perfect escape. It made for the most relaxing and beautiful spring break.

What a great house from which to experience the small town magic of Seaside. We've just gotten home and wish we could return to Fantasia. We took our three young children and their grandparents and it was more than we'd hoped for. The location was central to everything. We could stroll into the town center in five minutes to wander through the market and be pulled into Duckies toy store by the little ones. We could easily pack up and get the 6, 4, and 1 year old to the beach through the Tupelo pavilion with an easy five minute walk. The house was four floors of fun architecture and comfort. We entered through the large screened front porch which turned out to be a great place to lunch or to just relax. On the first floor was a large gathering space with tall windows surrounding the whole room and built in window seats beneath them with padding and pillows. Everyone sort of staked out their areas on this seating for reading and playing games. There was also comfy furniture on which to curl up and watch tv and a long dining table with plenty of seating and contemporary lighting. Under an arched opening, a gorgeous newly remodeled kitchen opened to this room. It was dazzling white with stainless appliances and wonderful storage including drawers for dishes and bowls. There was a nifty two drawer dishwasher as well. The kitchen had tall windows, lighted cabinets, and seafoam glass tile. On this same floor there was a newly remodeled bath with glass shower and white marble subway tile everywhere. Almost everyone, and especially the little kids, stepped on through the shower and opened the door to the outdoor shower to feel like they were "showering among the trees." Climbing the stairs to the second floor we found three bedrooms, all with comfortable mattresses. Up ladder-like stairs to the third floor we found an open room to sit and get away. Climbing the last steep stairs we found the best place of all! The kids called it the crow's nest and it was everyone's favorite place. We could gaze out over the rooftops of Seaside to the blue green sea. There was a covered area with windows and an outdoor area with table and chairs. We used the crow's nest for "lunch in the sky" for the little ones. They learned to find village landmarks like the white church steeple and watched gulls in the distance. Most evenings we raced up to catch the sunset and relax with a glass of wine. Fantasia is a remarkable house for getting the full flavor of Seaside.

My wife and I came to the coast for a weekend vacation stayed in this villa and it was an excellent experience with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for my family and within walking distance of shopping eating and the ocean and it has a balcony on the roof where you can sit at night and watch the sunset over the ocean.

I am convinced that Fantasia is the perfect place to experience Seaside. I just spent a week with children/grandchildren in this wonderful house. It speaks the language of the small coastal town where it resides. We knew it had won a Southern Living award and graced its cover some years ago and now we know why. Our grandchildren, toddler age, adored the large screened porch which included Adirondack chairs in just their size. From there they waved at bicyclists coming by and ran to pet dogs as owners strolled them. They loved playing in the gazebo steps away. There is a lovely sense of small town community surrounding this house. The first floor has a great open space with the perimeter consisting of built in seating with comfy pillows perfect for naps or reading, and built in cabinets for TV. TV area has great sofa and chairs. The whole room is bathed in light from the tall surrounding windows. We loved all eating together at the long, casual table with rattan chairs. Kitchen was great for our gourmet cook son-in-law with its stainless steel appliances and big window. He even cooked a leg of lamb gourmet dinner one night and great seafood other nights. The bath on first floor has a secret door inside the shower leading to a private outdoor shower which we all wound up using as each said it gave them a new lease on life to shower among the trees! Upstairs the little ones loved the trundle bed in one bedroom. No trouble getting them to bed because it was just so much fun to sleep in the big drawer! The other bedrooms were comfortable, one having a queen bed, big chest of drawers and TV, and the other having a double bed and antique wardrobe with high ceilings and a breezy, cooling fan. Up the steepish steps to the third floor is a small sitting room with windows to quietly watch the town or read a book. Up one more ladder to the crow's nest and you find a cute indoor area and fabulous outdoor area with table and chairs to sit and watch the sun set over the gulf and watch the lights come on in the quaint town of Seaside. This was, of course, the favorite place for gathering with a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day. The children were awestruck by the view. Fantasia is on a quiet, brick street only a two minute stroll away from the blue green gulf through the pretty Tupelo pavilion, and a three minute walk to Seaside's downtown for dinner, ice cream, coffee, and art. Can't wait to go back. Fantasia is perfect.

We had a wonderful time in Seaside; this was our 3rd trip. Fantasia is close to everything. A 2-3 minute walk (even with small children) to the beach or Seaside shopping/dining area. The house is furnished well, the beds are comfortable and the screened in porch was a nice place to unwind or have dinner. The house is in great shape, and shows normal wear for an older, rented house. The house was clean and the appliances are high-end. I would recommend this house to anyone that requires 3 bedrooms and wants to stay in Seaside proper.

Our visit to Fantasia and Seaside was relaxing. Visit the bustle of the town square or retreat to the quiet of Fantasia. Fantasia has a great location with only a short walk to the town square, the beach or the pool (Adult or Family). The screeened porch was a perfect place for our toddler. The kitchen has very up to date appliances. Be sure to climb to the tower landing. Great views of Seaside with your morning coffee or of the setting sun with a glass of wine.

We loved the location. The weather was perfect. The house is good but could be GREAT. Wonderful screened-in porch. The house was noisy, sounds bounced off the walls and floors. More rugs would help. The mattress on the double bed was sagging & on the trundle felt like only a box spring. Kitchen was tiny, difficult to cook a regular meal. Shower downstairs needs new grout & caulk. Stairs up to the viewing deck were very steep but the view was worth it. Just have drinks downstairs. The tv is difficult for all to see. Perhaps removing the cabinet and adding a flat screen would solve that problem. I would recommend this property and include the above observations. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in Seaside. Fantasia is great for families. We loved the rooftop deck, it gave us a front-row seat for the 4th of July Fireworks! Though the bedrooms are small, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of bedroom closet space. The house is somewhat sparsely furnished and equipped, but that was OK, since we spent most of our time at the beach, pool or shopping. Loved the availability of an outdoor grill.

This was our second trip to Seaside and staying at the same house. It is a great location for families. A short walk to the beach and park with a pool is a plus. The town center with shopping, food and activities is also wonderful! Highly recommended!

The location is nearly perfect: close to the beach, the Seaside green/amphitheater and near the large 'adult' pool. The house itself isn't terribly large, but has a few excellent features that boost the cozy square-footage. The screened-in front porch is fantastic location for morning coffee and just hanging out. And the views/sunsets from the top deck are exquisite. As some other reviews noted, sound does travel throughout the house, and the kitchen is a bit tight, but neither of those hurt our stay. It is impossible to travel to Seaside, stay at Fantasia and NOT relax...
