Great views and walking access to the beach. Great for a family bringing all of the beach toys, chairs, etc. Tons of restaurants to choose from, not super touristy so there was no wait for a table. Our host, Donna was great, easy check in/ out instructions and fast response to questions. Highly recommend for a family or couples vacation.

Our family stayed at the condo for spring break. The owner reached out before our stay with very thorough information. We loved the location being just steps from the pool and beach as well as many restaurants. We found the condo to be clean and provided basic kitchen essentials. I would highly recommend this condo.

The unit that we stayed in on Saint Pete Beach was immaculate. It had everything and more for our one week stay. We had pool and Gulf views from our balcony. Our host supplied us with restaurant recommendations, and other activities in the area.(we went to a Tampa Bay baseball game). we will stay there again.

The accommodations were perfect. Delta on the other hand was terrible. My family flew down and I drove. They had a 6 hour layover in atlanta. It was after dark when the arrived. Then my brother got sick. Slept and ran fever for 2 days then I got sick. I went snd got covid test and sure enough we all had covid. If it had not been for our wonderful room with great view and wonderful televisions i think we would have lost our minds. By saturday we were all about feeling somewhat normal but it was time to go home.

Excellent location right on the beach! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the morning and spending our days on the beach. Sunsets of course were awesome too! Great location to drive or walk to restaurants or get anything else we needed during our stay. Donna made everything so welcoming and enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning a return trip!

The location is excellent—just steps to the beautiful beach and clear waters and close by are restaurants and bars. The unit was comfortable (the one bedroom with twin beds is a bit cramped but beds are fine) with plenty of bath linens provided, hair dryer, kitchen supplies, a tv in both bedrooms plus great fans. We opted to rent umbrella and chairs from the next door Suites so we wouldn’t have to haul and set up every day, but the unit closet had plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas if we had wanted to use them. Our balcony was on the side overlooking the pool, but that was great because we could see the beach yet didn’t have the afternoon sun glaring in our eyes. The pool and surrounding area were cleaned every day and the elevator was fast and efficient. The vibe on the property is relaxed and fun. Prior to our stay, the host was quick to respond with questions and checked in with us once we were there to make sure our needs were met.

The property is as advertized, basic, on the beach, clean, and well located with a responsive owner. The unit is a bit dated but we were not in it much. It was convenient to have the beach chairs and cooler as well as a small umbrella. We did have a couple of lovely sunsets too. The kitchen needs some refreshing, but we didn't cook dinners so it was fine. It seemed that plates, bowls, glasses etc. were missing (broken perhaps and just not replaced?). It was a mishmash of dinner ware and glasses. The unit is right over the pool which got loud in the afternoons, but not in the evening. As others have mentioned, the second bedroom is very, very small with no closet and very small bedside tables with a couple of narrow drawers for clothing, but worked fine for our young adult daughters. Don't think I would recommend it for 2 adult couples. All the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We had a lovely stay!

This property is located directly on the beach. Inside the property owner had coffee, both a coffee pot and coffee pod maker, filters, soap, toilet and tissue paper along with other necessities that are often not provided. Master bedroom was a good size, second bedroom was a little small but still worked, and rest of condo was comfortable. Each bedroom had a bathroom and beach chairs were provided.

This is an incredible property and perfect for a family vacation. The unit itself is fantastic and was exactly as described in the listing. It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 with children ages 8, 10, and 14. The view from the unit is gorgeous and we found the condo building and property to be very well maintained. The host, Donna, was quick to communicate and assure all our needs were met. It was a great bonus to have beach chairs, a cooler, and other items in the unit and by the pool that added to the beach experience. An abundance of shopping and restaurants are located nearby. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely return for a future vacation!

The Vistas on the Gulf are on a beautiful white sand beach and have an ocean view. We loved walking to tiki bars and restaurants. Our balcony was perfect for relaxing with a gorgeous view. The pool is a few steps away too. The unit has everything you need for a great week and the owners are extremely nice. Hoping we get to come back someday!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Vistas on the Gulf in St. Pete. The condo worked out great, being right on the beach. We experienced the beautiful sunsets every night and had a nice view of the beach from the condo balcony. Donna was very thorough with providing me with all the info we needed for our stay and helpful with questions we had. The only negatives were: slow toilet flushes (had to hold down handles) and noise level (mostly later evenings) from the pool area. Noise was to be expected, as the balcony was off the side, facing the pool area, though. Our kids enjoyed the pool but a few days into the trip, it started looking pretty cloudy/dirty. Not a pool expert, but thought that the upkeep should've been more frequent, given the number of people in it every day.Overall, the condo complex had what we needed and loved the location; with grocery, restaurants, ice cream very close by. We hope to travel back to St. Pete again soon!

The location of this property can't be beat. Steps from a beautiful beach. Pool and grill was cleaned every morning (I watched). The unit was as advertised and clean. Donna was very pleasant to communicate with and check in was a breeze. The only con is dining table and living room furniture could use an update. The beds were comfortable and the fans were much appreciated. I would definitely stay again!

Everything and More!
We had a wonderful and comfortable stay during our Spring Break! The condo had everything you needed and more! I really appreciated the use of beach chairs, cooler and ice packs! The beach was amazing and there was plenty of space even though it was high season. The sunsets were spectacular and a grand ending to our day. There are so many walkable restaurants and stores you could go carless if you wanted to. Communication with the owner was fabulous any all questions were promptly replied to. Will stay here again!

A Gem on St Pete Beach
We enjoyed our week long stay at Vistas in St Pete Beach. The condo is clean and has everything you need for your stay. There is quick access to the pool, hot tub and beach. Donna provides beach chairs, a cooler and most anything else you need for the beach. Bring beach towels or a blanket as the condo has two. There are several great restaurant options within walking distance while many others are accessible via a short car or shuttle ride.
