It was everything I expected it to be. It accommodated everyone. And was very comfortable for all of us.

Fantastic accommodation at our hostess's house. We lacked nothing. We arrived early in the morning and received a very clean and organized house. In fact, regarding our arrival time, I would like to thank Kathy Wagner immensely for allowing us to enter much earlier than predicted in the rules.
I want to emphasize that everything in the house worked perfectly: the appliances; electronics; the showers; etc. We were 6 people and there was more than enough cutlery, crockery, blankets, sheets and towels in the house for everyone.
The condominium is also very good. We didn't use it, but a beautiful swimming pool, a sports court and a gym were at our disposal.
The distance from the house to the Disney and Universal parks may not be as short as it would be if we stayed in the International Drive region, but the peace and silence of the place where we stayed was essential for our rest. During our stay we did everything: shopping at outlets, visiting neighboring cities; lots of fun in the parks; and we even watched an NBA match at the Amway Center: Orlando Magic vs. Toronto Raptors. The feeling of being there, live, was exceptional and, of course, to enhance this unique experience, the Orlando Magic put on a show and beat their opponents.
Wide highways with several lanes provide quick travel to do all of the things I mentioned, very safely.

Was easy to book, and would definitely stay again , very nice community, the only thing we didn’t like was getting kicked out of the pool early, it said dusk and the sun was still out, kids were upset,

Good location. Nice amenities in the complex. Unit itself was ok but could use some.repairs and maintenance. New coffee maker. Fridge not very cold. Washer Dryer do not work very well. Tiles falling off in bathroom.

Me and my family enjoyed our time together here. We were in Orlando for a family reunion and the house was just as advertised. We couldn't get into the property at first but 1 phone call and the host just forgot to inform me that the gate code had changed. Other than poor cell phone connection this is a great place to rent.

We stayed here to spend a couple of days at Disney. Everything was clean, organized, and it was not far from the parks. We were not in the condo much, but when we were, it was comfortable. We would recommend and stay here again.

Family Vacation
The apartment was great. It's the best condo we have rented so far. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. It was close to Disney and Sea world. We will definitely be coming back next year. It was close to shopping and the pool area was kept very well.

This is very nice condo. Everything you need. Three large bedrooms and two baths. Very clean and quite. Me and my son played golf and it is close to everything. Owner was great and returned my call quickly when I forgot gate code. Highly recommended and would stay again

Beautiful and spacious apartment!
Apartment is really spacious and clean, you have everything you need in kitchen. For family of 4 plenty of bath towels and bed linen, love that washing machine and dryer are inside the apartment I could do laundry whenever I need it. Only the little patio outside apartment needs to be clean better other than that we absolutely love our stay!

Definitely Coming back

Comfortable
This property is perfect for a big family. My kids had an awesome time and were very comfortable. Everything that you need was provided to you. We had more than enough blankets, towels, pillows and an Ice chest to take to the beach. The location is perfect it’s 20 minutes Away from the airport and theme parks.

Great Host, Great Home, Great Stay!

Relaxing escape from the cold.
The condo was easy to find and enter. The complex was a smaller complex and well kept especially the pool. The condo itself was clean and refurbished recently and was very nice. I liked that it was at ground level and all the rooms were on one level. Kathy the host went out of her way to send an air fryer back to me that I left at the condo.

We were in Davenport house hunting, and with COVID-19 concerns we wanted to stay at a place with minimal people contact. Besides being a wonderful condo, it was also quiet, safe, and also allowed us to enjoy ourselves with no close contact with other people. Everyone in the complex were friendly. Very relaxed location
