Lollypop lleva el nombre de los nombres que nos llaman nuestros nietos. Como tal, nuestra cabaña está maravillosamente diseñada pensando en la familia. Nuestro amplio porche delantero lo invita a nuestra cabaña y sirve como un excelente lugar para disfrutar de su café matutino. Nuestro porche lateral es otro de los favoritos de la familia, ya que hay una gran mesa con ocho sillas perfectas para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre. En el interior, disfrutará de una cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, refrigerador bajo cero, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos que incluyen una hermosa estufa, comedor para adultos y una mesa y silla separadas para niños. ¡También tenemos un asiento elevado para niños disponible! Justo al lado de la cocina hay un pequeño rincón de lectura con sofá de dos plazas y medio baño. Justo al lado de la cocina está nuestra sala de estar de dos pisos con Smart TV de pantalla plana de 60 "con BluRay y sistema de sonido, dos sofás y asientos adicionales para toda la familia. También en el nivel principal se encuentra la suite principal con cama extragrande, TV de pantalla plana, baño privado con ducha y espacio de loft independiente con escalera de caracol y una cama queen. ¡Un dormitorio más completa este nivel y ofrece otra cama king para que los huéspedes disfruten, también tiene su propio baño / ducha privado! Arriba tenemos nuestra tercera habitación king con balcón privado y cuna para los más pequeños. Una sala de literas para niños y un espacio de entretenimiento con Smart TV de pantalla plana y área de descanso se encuentra al final del pasillo y permite mucho espacio para dormir cómodamente 4 más en literas. Otro baño completo completa el segundo nivel. ¡Lollypop se completa con una hermosa torre en la parte superior que ofrece vistas al océano y al pueblo! Cuatro sillas altas le permiten sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de un cóctel mientras observa la puesta de sol. Easy access to a close to perfect beach
The house was beautiful and really well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and even with beach toys. We rented a golf cart and everything was an easy ride. The beach was a block and a half away, there are pretty steep stairs to consider, but beautiful, clean fine sand. Bicycles that were provided took you everywhere else including some pretty awesome walking/bike trails. We would definitely stay again.

Great house for families!
My family, 5 adults and 3 children, spent a delightful week in Lollipop. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and all that Seaside has to offer. The house was well equipped, spacious and with comfortable beds. We appreciated the use of the 2 bikes that the house provided.

Spring Break
We found the Lollypop house to fully meet our needs this trip. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. The bunk room was just right for the younger teen girls. The house also was the perfect distance to bike or walk to Seaside. Loved the porch!!!! Would definitely stay again!

Great house. Great location. This house has it all!
The Lollypop House was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location. We stayed in the house with our adult children, family and friends. The house was spotless when we arrived and had several hangout spots for us to enjoy. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large front porch, happy hour in the perch among the trees, lazy afternoon time on the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt right at home cooking large family dinners after a long day at the beach. The public beach access is just a short 2-3 minute walk down the road. Seaside is also just a few blocks away and easily accessible by either walking or riding the two bikes provided with the home.
The home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of comfortable of beds to accommodate a large group.
The management company was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. When the propane tank on the grill ran out, a quick email was all it took to have it almost immediately replaced.
We love the Lollypop House and hope to go back soon!

Wonderful Stay!!!
This is a wonderful property and we cannot recommend it more highly! The property was immaculately clean upon arrival, superbly outfitted/appointed, and wonderfully comfortable in every aspect! It's not on-the-beach, but it's a very easy one block walk to a very nice stretch of sand/water.
There's been very few places we've rented where we'd stay again...but this is one of them. Could not be more pleased and thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

We LOVE the Lollypop House! The location is perfect.... close to Seaside but you have the "quiet" benefits of Seagrove. Perfect walk to the beach, even with a 2 & 4 year old! We spent so much time on both the front and side porch. We had another family staying with us and there was still plenty of room for everyone to have their own space to hang out or have quiet time. This is by far our favorite family vacation and we will be back next year! Many wonderful memories made at the Lollypop House!

The Lollypop house is extraordinary! It is legitimately seen as a home away from home. Creature comforts and amenities are present, and yet it is spacious, allowing for personal quiet time and reflection. We are a family of 10, including my father and one daughter-in-love and grandson who is one. It is very apparent that every age group was considered when planning for guests. The short walk to the beach is so nice, and "doable" for everyone. The two bikes that come with the property are just right for quick trips into Seaside. We would highly recommend investing in a stay at this beautiful offering. Sandpiper has been so genuine and kind as well. A definite must on the travel horizon! The set ups by the cleaning service were also very pretty and appreciated. Many thanks and much appreciation to the Grant family for generously sharing the Lollypop house! 💗

THE PERFECT HOUSE
We have been going to this area of 30A for 15 years. We go about 5 times a year. This last trip was our 1st time staying in Lollypop. This would be my go to house every time!!!! The layout is perfect and its very kid friendly. It has a large screened porch that was nice for the kids. Super close to the beach. Also, the staff at Sandpiper was very helpful and responded immediately to my last minute booking (we arrived the next day). I would highly recommend Lollypop!!!!

Perfect Getaway-Highly Recommend!
We absolutely loved staying at the Lollypop house! We stayed there with another family and had plenty of room for all. Everything was so comfortable, quiet, and accomodating. With just a short walk to the beach, we were in awe of the crystal clear water and pure white sugar sand. Our familes had a blast! Cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful and spacious beach home. Ideal in every way.

Incredible house 150 yards from the beach and a few blocks from downtown Seaside
Our group consisted of 3 couples and 2 individuals. The layout of the house is great. 2 bedrooms with kings and private baths are on the first floor along with a 1/2 bath. The second floor is a great place to put kids if you have them in the bunk room. If you have lots of kids you can stockpile them away in the lofted queen in the master, the bunk room, and the bed in the nook on the way up to the "Crows Nest". The Crows Nest or watch tower up top is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. You get a great view of Seaside and the ocean. The side porch is a great place to hang out at any time of the day. It stays very cool and has plenty of furniture. We hope to stay here again soon!

Perfect Family (or multi-family) escape!
This house is perfectly laid out for multiple families, and even better for families with kiddos! The bunk room was a hit for our children, and they loved laying in bed with cartoons on the TV when they needed a little break from the sun. It has quite a few toys and books as well, so save space in your suitcase! (and enjoy the huge jar of Lollypops!!)
We came with my husband, two children, and the grandparents... and had PLENTY of extra room. Tons of outdoor living space, huge dining room table, kitchen spacious enough for multiple cooks, and very cozy couches for an afternoon nap.
The location is absolutely ideal... a two minute bike ride into Seaside, but out of all the Seaside traffic, and only a block from the beach.
Really cant go wrong with the LollyPop House!
