This was the perfect beach home for our family of 5. The gorgeous beach and sunset views, hot tub, comfortable beds and sitting room and well equipped kitchen were the best! It had everything we needed to relax and bond for our family vacation. We cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you!

We spent a stormy weekend in this beautiful home. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our meals, the fabulous view of the ocean with two couches and two rocking chairs easily fit our family so we could enjoy the crashing surf and view. The bedrooms are very comfortable, a washer and dryer worked well. We plan on returning to this lovely home.

Perfect view, beach access down the road very, nice house, no hot water in the kitchen sink, and we could not watch tv upstairs, hopefully they will get that problem corrected. House older needs a few updated fixes. But we loved all the room and had a lovely family vacation and would definitely go back.

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and beds! Only thing was there is no cable tv. They could have had at least a antenna. My son brought his ruko or we wouldn't have any tv. After we got home we noticed we had left some very important papers. The contact people we talked to were very helpful and they went out of their way to find them and mailed them back to us! We are so thankful to all who helped to return our paperwork! Thank you

This home is perfectly located and oriented for ocean views, natural light, and nice strolls on the beach or to the village for some shopping or hanging at the taphouse. The home is well heated in the winter and its location on the hill keeps it below the heavier coastal wind when the weather systems come in.
The furnishings are newer and nice.
We didn’t make use of the hot tub or the fireplace, but they are available. The neighborhood is quiet (at least in December.)
Upstairs living and dining room accommodate 6 nicely. The downstairs den has a pullout that my thirteen year old had no complaints about.

This worked out so well for a family beach weekend. Location is wonderful! Nice view of the ocean. Close to Nye Beach. There is nearby beach access but it's a bit of a climb down through a small path. House had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, beach towels for the hot tub. Unique, lovely home. We enjoyed a two-night stay in this house with a nice ocean view and a spacious deck. Clean, well maintained, roomy, with all amenities we needed for our family of 7 (3 grown up kids, two younger ones). Nice, quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes away from the beach.

We arrived and were excited about the location and view. Which is amazing. The house however was very dated, smelly and did not reflect the pictures. The hot tub was dirty and we did not feel comfortable using it. The smell in the lower level is unbearable for two of the bedrooms. The house is very dated and the furniture in the main level is dirty. The towels were like cardboard and in poor condition. Would not recommend this house.

We enjoyed learning about the history of the house and the 3rd generation of family members. The views and location are amazing.. The proximity to restaurants and beaches is a definite plus. My only suggestions are providing better and more paper products, plates, glasses, and silverware. Also, no ice cream scoop, or serving spoons. With 6 people we ran the dishwasher way too often. The dishwasher wheels kept falling off. Both bathroom drains were clogged. Furniture and beds worked well and were comfortable.

Quiet, nice view, close walk to the beach. There was room for 4 adults and 4 kids under 12 to spread out. The hot tub was a hit with the kids.
Just need a better option for sleeping than hide a bed as we couldn't use it because it's very old and uncomfortable. Check drains in bathrooms, thorough vacuuming,
dusting, sweeping. Find source of unpleasant smell in bedroom downstairs with king bed. Update tableware.

Our family of grandparent, adult children and young grandchildren had a great stay in this house. There is one bedroom upstairs with bath and two bedroom downstairs with a bath. Sound did travel between floors but there were fans in the closets for "white noise". The description said 1 King and 2 queen, but there were actually 2 King size beds and a queen. There is a family room downstairs that was great for having kid toys separate from adult conversation areas. We loved the hot tub also! Very close to beach path (but steep path). View lovely. The kitchen was well-supplied except for large spoons! We also were unable to find recycling containers so we took it home with us. It was very rainy while we were there and on the last morning there was a drip from the room into the upstairs hall. We put a bucket under it. We were unable to reach a local Vacasa contact but did notify the Vacasa national help line. We would stay here again!

This rental has an absolutely incredible deck that overlooks the ocean. It is a short walk to the Nye Beach restaurants and shops. The house has plenty of beach towels, chairs, games and is in a excellent neighborhood.

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We just happened to be there when there was major construction going on in the street in front of the property for two of the three weeks we stayed and so we had difficulty using the beautiful deck until late in the day due to the noise. But it was a lovely home with a terrific view.

This house was almost perfect. I would have give 5 stars if our 7th guest would have had a comfortable bed. We knew it was a hide a bed, but it wasn't a bed most adults could be comfortable on. Everything else was great. A great view of the Ocean and beach access just down the block. We would stay here again with 6 people.

Not a welcoming experience
The place was nice, a great location. But the hot tub was tiny, 4 adults were very cramped and uncomfortable. Which is a bummer because I booked the place specifically for a group and for the hot tub. It should have a warning that this is not a normal sized hot tub- I've literally never seen one this small. The blinds for the windows overlooking the ocean were broken, thus impeding the nice view we paid for. And I needed to change my trip slightly due to school conflicts and the host refused to honor the policy they have listed on their page. They were definitely deceptive with the cancellation policy and with the hot tub being child-sized. This was my first VRBO/Vacasa experience, I chose them because it was cheaper than Airbnb but I was super unimpressed with customer service and this property and I doubt I'll be using them again.

Stormy Getaway; Warm Home
The home has a wonderful view of the ocean and many rooms to spread out and hunker down with a book or watch the latest sports events. The kitchen is compact and serviceable - not great for multiple cooks, but worked well for what we were doing (snacking and reheating meals we brought). Ample lighting, great heating (it was really cold when we visiting), and comfortable furniture/beds. It accommodated our group well. Just wished it was also pet-friendly so our guests could have brought their dog inside.

AMAZING location and comfortable house!
I stayed here with my mother in law, husband, and 2 year old daughter. Place was comfortable and it had by far the best view and short walk to the beach I've ever experienced. Only a few negatives. It did not have AC and the house felt warm in the living room/kitchen area. The oven needs to be replaced as it took 25 minutes to preheat to 400 degrees. There was a pop can left out and some crumbs/garbage left under the couch. Also, the main door and garage door has no lock from the inside, so I was worried about my toddler getting out. I would suggest putting a deadbolt in on one of those doors for safety. Other that that, I'd stay again, especially with a larger group to share the cost.

Fabulous place!
The house was great! Comfortable big King size beds and pillows, well stocked kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms, lots of games, two comfortable family rooms. Great location: walking distance to Nye Beach in quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was fun. Trail down to the beach was steeper than expected but manageable. Newport had so much to do. Nye Beach, bike rentals, wharf and restaurants, aquarium, escape rooms, hikes, tide pools, light houses, etc. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will miss this place!
