Great position in Saint Martin but with the option to escape to the quiet pool area. Very comfortable beds.

I made the booking less than 24 hours prior to check-in and what a beautiful location, the hotel, service and facilities are outstanding. It has a real boutique feel, and should be rated much higher than a 3 star. I have recommended to both family residing in France and friends in the UK, upon arrival Marie (Front Desk) could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, absolutely wonderful stay, I cant wait to return for an extended period.

The bed in our room was really hard, it gave me a bad back, the air con didn't seem to work but I didn't mention and the WiFi was so poor we couldn't watch the tv

Stunning apartment overlooking the harbour - spacious, beautifully appointed and luxurious. We arrived on the Isle de Re frazzled after a long hot journey and a big queue at the bridge, to find this beautiful sanctuary with a warm welcome, a sea breeze and a complementary half bottle of champagne on ice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment/suite. It was expensive, but worth every euro!

Fantastic location, very central in the port of St Martin de Re.

Disappointed the pool was closed, but we knew this before.

The size and facilities in the rooms - they are decorated to a nice modern standard and have everything you could want. The hotel is very well located for walking round this part of the island. Close to restaurants and bars though worth researching where you want to go ahead of time as many were full. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment but others were sat by it enjoying a drink or a swim. It looked appealing!

It’s confusing where to park - this wasn’t really explained apart from to say “outside of the town” as the hotel car park was full, although if you stay at the hotel they can give you a code to enter the pedestrian area. We used the main public car park which we found by accident. It is only a few minutes walk from the property. Also the signage and directions takes you to a door which is locked and an empty reception. There is a real pack of signage. Apparently these apartments were taken over by the hotel next door which is where you need to check in and out. This isn’t made clear on either booking or signage so this along with parking info could be improved by providing to guests and would make a difference to tired travellers (and save you walking past the entrance with your luggage only to have to walk back!) The room was fairly clean but I did notice a couple of tea stains from a tea bag on the floor tiles which hadn’t been cleaned - it was only one night so we didn’t raise as an issue as everything else seemed fine. I would stay there again if staying in St Martin as location wise It’s ideal.

We booked a room with a view but were shown to a room without a view. The reception staff did rectify this. The room could have a little more soft furnishing. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.
