Loved this house, even nicer in person than the pictures showed. Great location across from park and beach. Easy to find and get into town or moonstone stretch. It was nicely furnished, the only thing that would have been nice to have was some more cooking stuff like oil and seasonings. Also note they only have a charcoal grill, no propane but luckily my husband was good with charcoal. Only real negative about this house is that there are no curtains or blinds to block light in the bedrooms, only privacy shades. It was sooo bright before 6am, that was not fun :(

Lovely, comfortable home with gorgeous views across from Shameless Paek and the Pacific. Most impressive was the quality of the amenities. Fully stocked with anything you could possibly want and excellent quality. Clean amd comfortable. We arrived in the middle of an epic rainstorm for this California coast. We noticed that the power had been off and the WiFi and TV had no power restored. SHOUT out to the wonderful handyman who we called at the emergency number when we couldn’t each anyone at the rental office. So sorry to have forgotten his name but he came out to the house on the weekend in rainy weather. We really appreciated his effort! All turned out well.

This is a beautiful property with stunning views, only a few steps away from Moonstone Beach and in a quiet neighborhood. It is also a short walk away from downtown and its vibrant restaurants and shops. We have been very impressed by how clean and nicely organized this property was, which made our stay very enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!

We have used Scenic Coast Properties 10 times now. And every time it has been a pleasure. Cambria Park Shores exceeded our expectations. Leaving the bedroom window open at night was wonderful, as the crashing waves lulled us to sleep. Even with the park across the street it did not deter from any views or sounds. We would definitely come back!

Spectacular Ocean View Home!
The photos do not do this home justice! The place is spotless, it was beautifully re-designed and remodeled and looks brand new, it has truly amazing ocean views, and was perfect for our much needed getaway. The beach is literally steps away. Main Street (town) is not more than a mile away with wonderful places to eat. The home has all of the amenities needed to dine in if you prefer. Definitely a 5-star experience!!!

Great place to enjoy with friends! We were a group of 4 and it was a great location for us to enjoy the coast and go inland for wine tasting. We wish there was outdoor seating to enjoy the sunsets.

The kitchen is well appointed, but there is little room to put your groceries and basics like salt & pepper weren’t provided, which was weird and inconvenient. The floors left the bottom of our feet dirty, which was weird given the overall cleanliness of the home. But, the house is really nice, and again, it’s hard to beat the views for the price.
