It is a very family-orientated property, so it was perfect to be here with 2 children. They varied the dinner every day, and also there was a freshly grilled meal. The grilled calamari was awesome. As we came by rented car, we appreciated the parking spaces around the area. The staff was exceptional.

The room itself has older furniture, which is fine, but the sofa bed smelt moldy. The inside pool was very warm on the first day, we liked it, but the other 6 days it was just too cold.

Delicious and diverse food, big and quiet room, beautiful garden, nice pool, evening programs, friendly and helpful staff. We would love to come back!

The mattress was too soft for us, but not unbearable. Everything else was perfect.

Staff is very friendly. Front desk helps immediately if there are any questions. In addition, the pool is beautiful and fun for children. Location of the hotel is fine. Car is recommended (if you want to go to a beach or something).

In our opinion, the hotel was not really suitable with very small children (0-2 years). The music in the pool is very loud and in the evening the loud music/entertainment goes on for a long time. If you don't sit far enough away from the pool, you can hear Katy Perry all evening. In addition, it is difficult to get a spot by the pool because everyone puts their towel on the beds in the morning. This is quite irritating.

I liked pools and Trees 🌳 around. Nature was amazing.

When we arrived room was not ready ' we hav to wait even after waiting they gave room, where toilets was not working . So at least they gave us another room.

A couple of things: - We felt the fenced off area was pleasant, the pines in the centre of the resort emanate a pleasing smell - The pool was curved, not too boring, plenty of sun-beds - We enjoyed the choice of meals - Lidl supermarket is across the street, very handy to get some fruits, fizzy drinks, etc - Plenty of parking space around - Not too far from the "main" street, ~15-20 min walk - I think the staff was great, positive vibes throughout - Scooter rentals are within 30min walking distance, roads are great, mountains and hidden beaches are something to explore - Diving sites are not too far

- Interior is a bit dated but not too bad - We had issues with the equipment, the pool table worked 50% of time, meaning the money was lost. We tried the game room once and air hockey did not work, pool keys were broken. - A bit of morning anxiety with the usual sun-bed reservations by other families using towels. Staff does not interfere despite their own prohibitive rules. - The night shows were not to our liking

The breakfast is very good (it is definitely a sugar-overdose, which overpower the healthier options). The bed was amazing. There are many activities and a music concert everyday, which is very catchy.

The water consistently leaked during shower, since the door wasn't well-fixed. There were mosquitoes (probably a common problem during that time of the year). Some of the plates during breakfast weren't properly cleaned.

Very nice, lots of options. The place was nice but too crowded, staff tried to get things clean but it is hard to keep things pristine with all those people. Kudos to them.

Too much people, but not hotel's fault.

First experience of all inclusive with the kids. They loved it! Food was good - lots of variety. Pool was great, although beware you can't get down early to get a sunbed because the pool is cordoned off & therefore families end up queuing to get a sunbed! Staff were lovely.

The rooms are quite dated and in need of refurbishment. Fairly basic & in particular the sleeping arrangements didn't work for us. There was a separate bedroom with twin beds and then a sofa bed. The twin beds (which were pushed together) were fine, but the sofa bed was just a sofa with a pull our bed underneath, so essentially one person was expected to sleep at floor level, much lower down than the sofa part of the bed! This meant that if the kids were going to bed earlier than the adults, the adults would end up sleeping one higher up than the other! The sofa bed was also really uncomfortable. I ended up sharing with the kids in the twin room & my partner on his own on one part of the sofa bed!

Really liked the pools. The main pool was excellent for all ages as there is a very gradual slope for meters which is very wide for babies and toddlers to paddle a d swim safely with older children / more competent swimmers in the middle and deep end! Loved that the whole family could be around one pool rather than between two, although my youngest did also is the small pool and slides, too. The restaurant was one of the best value for money all inclusive hotels we have used on holiday. The head chef was able to advise us on which foods my daughter could eat (she has several allergies) and there was plenty of foods for her and us to choose from. I slept so so well here- better than any other hotel in 20 years of Spanish hotels!! We stayed in block two facing away from pool etc. The grounds are kept very well, and the gardeners do an excellent job. Every single staff member seems very warm in nature and happy to help- a very nice welcoming happy vibe across the whole place because of this!

I didn’t like the fact that there were no wine glasses in the room only four glasses, four cups, for plates and four bowls with 4 sets of cutlery a knife and a wine bottle opener. We were expecting to be able to cook some basic meals as there is a 2 ring hob but there are no utensils or pots. This should be made clearer on the website. In our apartment, if you opened the room to the back you were guaranteed insects coming in. This meant we feared opening the doors and couldn’t let the room air daily as we would have liked. We were not overwhelmed by the children’s entertainment however in the end decided that it was quite pleasant that it was so low key during the day as we have stayed in resorts where the entertainment crew/ activities crew are too pushy and over the top/ too noisy but here there were a few organised games and a (quite repetitive) mini disco every night followed by a show of some sort. Plenty of people seemed to enjoy the shows but they weren’t for us and this was fine.

.Staff very friendly and helpful throughout, first holiday away with my 2 sons and was always plenty for them to do and for us to do together within the complex. Always a good friendly atmosphere around the pool and throughout the nights entertainment. We have already decided we will definitely be booking again but for more than one week this time.

Great food, friendly staff

Location is good. Close to restaurants and a Lidl supermarkt. The closest beach is not near enough to go by foot, specially with kids.

Cutlery, dishes and cups looked badly washed. The furniture of the room was old and not very well maintained.

The location was nice as it was quite of a night time and only a 15-20 walk to the beach and shops. Could not fault the food at all as it was lovely - the meats were freshly cooked and perfectly too.

The rooms were a bit dated but clean. Most of the sun-beds were old and uncomfortable.
