I have to say that Stefano, the Inn manager was just great, extremely helpful and engaging. He carried both of our suitcases upstairs and assisted my wife because of her mobility issues. On our first stay, we had been picked up by the airport taxi and 2 minutes into the drive I discovered that I had left my passport in the room. We immediately went back but I no longer had the key to get in. It was 6:00 am in the morning and I called Stefano. He came there within minutes and I was able to retrieve my passport and get to the airport on time. In gratitude, I offered him a tip which he didn't accept. Stefano is the best!

On our first night, there was an issue with the toilet which I could not stop and it kept running all night. Problems like this just happen. On our next stay, there were absolutely no problems

Owners were great. Many fine restaurants close by. Balcony with table and chairs. Italian breakfast provided.

Bathroom layout a bit close. But functional.

The host was extremely helpful and cordial. For 1.3 Euros you can catch a bus and then a train into central Rome. It's location to the airport was convenient for us as we had an early morning flight.

An unpleasant smell in the entrance lobby was off-putting.

Far from daily facility and city, bus service and even taxi service.

The property has the most generous owner and host. He is very helpful and kind.

Stefano picked us at the aiport and drove us to the airport at the end. He was very kind and nice. His wife baked us very good things. A lot of coffee is there also. Thank you very much! We will come back hopefuly!

The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was very nice - a pleasant place to relax.

The room lights were dim - a brighter bulb in the overhead light would have made the room more pleasant and comfortable for reading.

The owner was very responsive, exceedingly helpful and kind, and exceptionally generous. A short block away is a wonderful family owned and run pizza restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating -- a highly recommended modestly priced eatery.

The sign on the building identifying the place is mounted at the second floor level -- a little innocuous for a nitwit visitor. That is all the negative stuff that comes to mind.

Stefano, the owner was absolutely amazing, he made sure to feel just like at home. Room is very near to the airport and the beach. Room is clean with very nice balcony. The price is great for the location and cleanness. I would definitely choose this place again to stay when l am transiting in Rome.

This hotel was perfect! Stefano and his wife are very helpful, kind and nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. I recommend 👌
