Sehr professionelle Organisation und Information durch die Rezeptionistin Kate, die mich vor Abflug informierte, dass ich ins SchwesterHotel gebracht werde, weil ich mein Zimmer aufgrund von Reparaturarbeiten nicht belegen könne
Flughafenabholung wusste auch schon Bescheid und ich kam nahtlos im anderen Hotel an, ich bekam für meinen gesamten Aufenthalt ein Traumzimmer und könnte dort auch das gebuchte Frühstück einnehmen
es war wirklich im Voraus sehr gut gelöst worden und auch danach behielt Kate vom Tagoo Hotel mit mir Kontakt und fragte, ob alles OK war
das Schwester Hotel sowie die Transportunternehmen kümmerten sich sehr um mich
diese familiäre, gute Vernetzung auf Mykonos ist sehr positiv und professionell, diese unkomplizierte Einstellung: alle sorgen für den Gast ist aussergewöhnlich!
es hat mich wirklich alles sehr beruhigt, denn ich war überhaupt zum ersten Mal in Griechenland, zum ersten Mal auf der Insel, und ich kann kein Griechisch und wusste nichts über die Gepflogenheiten dort

The staff went out if their way to assist and just chat. Our flight was very delayed and the manageress looked after us with a room to shower in for myself and daughter. Very kind touch. Bravo Tagoo

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff!!! The location was amazing with the most beautiful view and sunsets. The dinners were delicious and we enjoyed the food while watching the sunsets each night. Can not say enough about this wonderful hotel. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, close to the city centre and pier, but far enough for rest and quiet. Staff were very hospitable.Lovely views.Only downside is the uphill walking, which can be quite tiring , especially if there are any older folks. Mykonos is expensive overall, so nothing in the value for money category!

Stunning hotel, gorgeous room - we were upgraded on arrival as it was end of season and so a bit quieter and the hotel knew it was our honeymoon - what a treat! The staff were excellent, very attentive. The view from
the loungers/ pool/ bar area was stunning. The location is perfect, it took us around 8 mins to stroll down to the main Mykonos town with bustling shops, delicious restaurants and beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing, comfy retreat in a gorgeous location.
Hardly a ‘didn’t like’, but the pool was very cold - although if we had come in high season when the weather hits the high 20s / 30s this would have probably been lovely! As we came at the end of October it was warm but not very hot.

I can’t praise this hotel enough, it is a great location, had fantastic staff and rooms.
The property is perfect for couples, it’s not massive but you get a great family vibe where your valued as a guest.
The bar staff, reception and cleaners all made the experience, with loads of added personal touches.
The food was fantastic and was a lot cheaper than in town. The hotel was prime position to view the sunsets which are stunning.

We had a travel disaster (unrelated to the hotel itself)
Kate went over and above to help us organise alternate travel arrangements. She was calm, understanding, and dealt with everything for us. As non-Greek speakers, she was a genuine life saver. And the hotel is gorgeous! 5 star amenities, very reasonably priced. Easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend!
Don't be put off by the reputation of Mykanos as a party island... our October stay meant it wasn't too hot or too crowded.

Location is amazing! 10 mins walk to Old Port and Hora. Views from bar and pool area are breathtaking. And best was hotel’s staff - so friendly and entertaining! Perfect example that special people are making every place special.
Drinks prices at the bar are high, very high! I know it’s Mykonos but this should not be a rule or trend to have 0.5l of beer for 10 Euro!

This hotel exceeded every expectation we had! OUTSTANDING! I recommended it to everyone I know. The staff (all 3 Gerorges - yes 3 stuff members are called George) are amazing - super helpful and kind. They made our entire trip so enjoyable! They recommended activities and restaurants to visit.
Our room was clean and spacious. We had a room upgrade which was great! The view from the balcony and the pool is breathtaking - pictures can’t do it justice. The hotel is a ten min walk from the city where all the restaurant and bars are.
They offer a great menu for breakfast, the food is fresh and delicious.
I will definitely be returning!

Amazing views!! worth it for the view and sunset. pool was very clean and enjoyable. staff very friendly as always. breakfast is self serve juice and coffee, etc and can order off free menu pancakes and eggs, etc but portion sizes small. drink menu was same price as Little Venice bars; and tasted delicious.
our first room blew dirt out of the AC (needed a clean) so we moved rooms. staff were nice and accommodating. second room the bathroom window did not close completely. overall utilities could have been better for the price.

The breakfast was great, we could choose what we wanted beforehand and were served breakfast by the pool. The staff was super nice and helpful. The sunset from the hotel and the pool area is brilliant.
It's a bit of a walk uphill from the bus stop to the hotel, which was quite exhausting with suitcases. A duvet would have been nice in the room, as it was fairly cold in the room.

The staff was AMAZING! George, the cat, everyone was absolutely impeccably helpful and sweet to us. The barmen are awesome.They’re funny and make the stay so much more fun if you want to stay in and just hang out at the hotel. Close to port and Little Venice which is the best part of the island. Loved it and will surely return.
