Bed covers , blankets were washed, but needs to be replaced as it looks old

We are in Madurai to visit temples.

The kitchen should have clean and usable items. However, fridge and other items are not in clean conditions. Better equip kitchen with new items at least to make coffee and breakfast like toast or Maggie.

Clean and spacious facility.

WiFi was not working. They don't provide complimentary water bottles. Refrigerator is very small and cannot carry more than one vessel.

The apartment was clean at the outset

There were no facilities for the money paid No side tables in the bedroom, not even a mirror. No hot water The water cooler was not working The sofa was horrible I got a back pain just sitting on it Towels provided were of poor quality Pillow was lumpy.

Rooms were clean, spacious. Beds were good. Ac worked well

No mats outside bathroom. We were 5 and they gave only 2 towels inspite of asking. One bathroom flush only works one in 10 mins, when asked they said that's how it is. One bathroom had geyeser One did not. They are not good because they are missing very basic and easy stuff.

We requested to give fresh up facility in the evening after check out as our bus to native place was in the night.but didn't allow Also we didn't get the receipt of payment till now
