Ruime kamer gekregen op verzoek, zodat onze peuter apart kon liggen in het babybedje. Kitchenette was ook heel handig.

De temperatuur, kamer op bovenste etage, verschrikkelijk warm was het. Er was geen airco, spijtig genoeg. Wel twee ventilatoren, maar die kregen het niet gekoeld. Dat was puffen en zweten…

I wrote in the description that we would be staying after the wedding and it would be great if there were wedding decorations. They made very beautiful decorations for us at no extra cost!

It was very decent property at a convenient location.

Location is very good. Both sea shore and city center are reachable by foot or short bus/tram ride. Neighborhood is beautiful with a lot of greenery.

Guests should be aware that double beds cannot be separated. In the bathroom the towel dryer was cold.

There was no lift in the property and that can be an issue for some tourists.

Very dark as lighting was bad. As canapy on window below us was knocking in the wind, it kept us awake.

The check in was confusing. They state you get all Checkin information in your mailbox at 3. However you still need to ring the bell and tell your name before you get the information. Please change the instructions beforehand. We waited 10 minutes outside and kept refreshing our emails, and we were not the only ones.

Beautiful architecture of the hotel, nice interior design. Good, comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom.

We asked for a quiet room, and were given a room at the streetside - a busy, noisy street.. No reception is a bit strange. Not really a hotel feeling. We asked to leave our luggage after checkout and had to put them in a unlocked room.

The check-in of the hotel was very easy by e-mail code and a friendly handwritten letter in the room. The room itself is very comfortable and cosy, the bed is excellent. The hotel is well situated so that You can discover the historical town by walk. If You get a parking pkace in front of the hotel (by reservation), it is perfect. We did enjoy our stay and even when we usually prefer a personal check-in, the communication was very good and helpful so that we didn’t have the feeling that it was too impersonal. We can highly recommend this location to discover and enjoy Den Haag. We will come back.

Super comfortable beds and very clean and pristine rooms, without any of the usual hotel room smells. Everything is classy and makes for a very pleasant stay.

My only feedback is that it would be nice to have another dresser or wardrobe, there wasn’t quite enough space to unpack two backpacks.

Very special place to stay, a stylish building in a pleasant part of Den Haag. The apartment was a nice size, with separate bedroom area (although no door to bedroom) and a large and stylish bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Cleaners came every day, which is not always the case for this type of accommodation. Overall we felt very comfortable here and liked it a lot. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again. Price was very good for the standard.

I had some issues with the app which is used to access the apartment when you arrive (there is no reception here), it took me around 20 attempts to unlock the door using the digital key on my android phone. Following day I tried on my iphone, and it worked fine, so possibly an issue with my phone. Inside there were key cards left for us, but these did not work either. The staff dropped me off 2 working key cards after I contacted them by phone and Whatsapp. Couple of other small issues - the coffee machine was a bit fiddly to work, we wasted a few pods trying to get it right, but after the staff demonstrated (thank you!), I could then work it. Another issue was the shower, it was a 'wet room' shower arrangement, without a shower cubicle, but the slope on the floor was not steep enough for the water to run away, and we had to be very careful not to flood the floor each time.

The bed is always comfortable and i sleep way too well 😜 My go to place to stay when I am working in The Hague !

The upstairs guests were a bit loud..🙄

Different from the traditional hotels, Pistache maintains a staff-free checkin. They email you the keys for the front- and room door, and off you go. The room is more like a small apartment, with a full kitchen (including dishwasher!), large bathroom, dining table etc. With multiple supermarkets around the corner, it’s easy to purchase all the things that you need to prepare your own meals. Whenever you need something you can contact the staff through chat, or talk to them directly when they happen to be at the venue. We also liked that the hotel is basically in the heart of the city, museums, famous historical buildings, the kings working palace etc… they are all within walking distance.

We were in room 2, which is on the ground floor. And although it wasn’t a very big issue for us, one can clearly hear it when people on the 1st floor are walking around, especially when wearing shoes.
