This place was awesome. Just enough room for the two of us and enough outdoor space to keep us entertained.

Perfect spot for a couple.

The property was tidy and well equipped for a couple + dogs in need of a break. We really enjoyed morning coffee in the dock and dinner on the picnic table. My husband caught plenty of blue crab for a lovely seafood boil to celebrate our anniversary. The house is minutes from everything SGI has to offer. One of our favorite spots was Regatta Park, a great place to swim dogs and catch stunning sunsets. Ashley was very responsive and highly recommended as a host. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Tips to future guests: Select dry setting on the air conditioner if the air feels damp. Pack beach towels. Survivors has a great natural bug spray. Grab some on your way in. Bring a cheap plastic table cloth for dining outside. Bring a big pot if you desire to do a crab boil. Have fun!!!

Lovely stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing environment, clean and well maintained! Convenient to everything.

This spot is located on the bay side of the island, but it's only a 15 minute walk to the beach via public access routes. We had no problem walking the dog and carrying our stuff. Also, the space is pet friendly. There's a small fenced-in yard to let the dog run around. There's also a dock and kayaks on site if you want to paddle around. To be fair, this is not a luxury apartment, but you're also not paying luxury apartment prices. If it's just the two of you and maybe a dog, and all you want is a place to crash with some convenient amenities, like a kitchen and some outdoor space to chill on a dock with relative privacy, I couldn't recommend this place enough. We'll most likely use it again, if it's just the two of us.

This is our second stay with our 2 dogs and it was perfect! We will come back every year for as long as they let us. So many plusses! Right on the water, with a dock, kayaks and covered seating! Fenced yard and tile floors are so pet friendly. This time we brought our 16 foot boat and it was so easy to put in at the boat ramp and such a luxury to have it in the front yard at the dock all weekend. The host was of course fantastic as always, just a text away and so responsive and friendly :)

Very comfortable apartment, modern and clean. Nice to be on a canal.

First, the good. The location is nice and convenient. Ashley, the host, was responsive to messages and even gave us a heads up that someone else was coming by to get something from the garage. Now the bad. The apartment had an awful musty smell that was still in our unworn clothes and suitcases when we returned home. The place could be nice but it has been renovated by someone that obviously didn’t know what they were doing (walls patched together, tile unfinished, sheetrock unfinished, etc). The dock is old and patched together as well. The bed is listed as a queen but we are certain it is a full. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend.

Perfect get-away

Just the two of us ! We had a wonderful stay at your property . Everything was clean and orderly and the description online did not do it justice ! We loved it and hope to stay with y’all again !

We loved the location, sitting on the dock in the afternoon especially! The place was clean and comfortable and Ashley was a very attentive host! We found the mattress on the soft side and we sleep best on firm beds so that was the down side of the place for us.

This property was convenient to all that we wanted to see and do. It was warm and cozy.

Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace!

This was an excellent place for my friend and me to spend a quiet Thanksgiving week! Great location and the property was just as listed. We appreciated that it was very clean overall. We especially liked that the kitchen isn't cluttered with past guests' leftovers and old packets of condiments, etc; and the bathroom doesn’t have a bunch of old, half-used soaps and shampoos, etc. It was very nice to have hotel-style toiletries and kitchen items. Both beds were comfortable and linens are nice. We would stay again.

My wife and I both loved this property for our stay at St. George Island. The host was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on St.George. Little Tradition was the perfect place for me and my husband. The neighborhood was very quiet and the view was great. My husband mostly stayed at the covered dock and fished. The beach was a close walk and the bike/walking trail was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful quiet location! Only improvement suggestion from me would be some kind of latch on the bathroom barndoor. Especially if you bring your dog and but want to be alone in the bathroom ! 😂

We loved the laid back location and decor. The dock was great. We caught a red fish and a stingray, in addition to catfish.

Awesome place to stay. It’s just right for a couple and their fur baby. I enjoy coffee on the dock while watching my husband peddling to bay In his kayak to fish. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and hope to come back many more times.

We absolutely loved it! Secluded. Exactly what we saw online. Peaceful. They had everything we needed and more. Friendly neighbors. Friendly area. Kayaks were perfect! Grill worked great! We will def be going back!

Everything was a described and what can't be described is the peace and beauty of the place. Host was so communicative and 💯 we would love to return here. To help the next person, if you plan on doing any cooking you'll need to bring anything not dish related- so bring salt and paper, coffee filters etc. If you forget anything, not to worry, the Piggly Wiggly down the road has everything you need.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Absolutely love the privacy. Very close to 10th St beach access. Would book in the future.

The place was clean and comfortable. It's a very short walk to the beach. Kayaks (and life jackets) are provided which was a bonus. I really enjoyed visiting the state park at the end of the island. Very quiet beach and some nice hikes.

Great place to relax on the canal,close to everything

We cannot think of anything that we did not like about this property! It was exactly like it was described; very clean and tidy; the owner thought of everything a person would need to enjoy a home away from home! It had beautiful decor! We loved the quiet location but close enough to hop in car to go to the beach or restaurants. The management was prompt to response to us which made it very helpful. St. George is a gem!! Would definitely return and book this home again! 💕

A great neighborhood walking distance to the beach.

Cute, cute place. Very relaxing and clean. My favorite things were sitting on the dock and kayaking with my dog. There are two things you may want to know. We could not find any ice. There is not an ice maker in the freezer and no ice cube trays. Also, bring water shoes. The ladder at the dock has shells on the third rung, making it hard to use the ladder.

We love the location and house
