Equipment in the kitchen could be added. Missing wine glasses, no tea cups at all.

The room were modern and very comfortable, the staff were very nice and helpful, it was a 5 minute walk from the main ski lift

the property was well appointed for a family of 5 and in a gorgeous setting! the restaurant at the hotel was also spectacular.

Beautiful rooms and amazingly comfy beds! Nice water dispenser tabs and coffee machine in the rooms. The Italian restaurant downstairs serves lovely pasta and pizza. Great breakfast with gorgeous mountain views.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous room and furniture. Bed very comfortable.

Rooms on the street side is a bit noisy due to traffic.

Everything, clean and nice room with good view and balcony. The breakfast is good. parking are free. House keeping everyday.

When I arrived I found the reception closed and by chance I found the key with restaurant beside the hotel as I was asking why the reception closed, there was no ahead communication about that which is not professional. Moreover, the girl in the breakfast area need to enhance her communication with costumer.

I liked everything, especially the staff, liked the location and the view on the mountain and the Achenseebahn (Old Train), the place is clean, specious, everyone is helpful, and toke an extra mile to help us in our stay. I liked how many tourist attractions are nearby, like Achensee, Cable Cars, Swarovski Kristallwelten, The Upside Down House, and many more. Definitely, a place to choose when coming around.

The Hotel is very good located, everything from supermarket to restaurants and nature is closeby. The room was big, we really liked the infrared cabin with views to the mountains. Breakfast had everything and was super delicious. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Spacious room with balcony, super comfortable bed, short walk to Center and Rofan Cable Car, supermarket opposite the hotel. The hotel also features an excellent Pizzeria and a Bar (no noise from the Bar can be heard in the room, rooms are super quiet for a recharging sleep). Overall also super clean and an excellent breakfast. I definitely will come back

very comfortable and extremely clean rooms(kudos for the cleaning team!), water is very soft nice on the skin & hair, comfortable big beds, friendly staff, quiet corridors, nice private parking area, could take our small dog there, when asked for warm vegan breakfast they tried to accomodate :)

some rooms face a very busy/noisy road that woke us up early, restaurant venezia is avarage (also has no vegan options apart from a not so nice vegan pizza), no lounge/outdoor/garden area or spa for 4 star hotel, impossible to find someone at the reception at most times, charged 15 euro/night for our dog - so a lil overpriced for what it is.
