Een balkon maar geen stoelen in balkon buren wel. Voor een 4 sterren hotel slordig afgewerkte sloten schroeven is zicht grote gebruik sporen

I liked the room, nice view, window that can be opened like a small balcony, bathroom had a bath tub, noce and affordable hotel.

Mattesses were too big for bed so we had feelong that we are gonna fall down. Twin bed were moving also so for couple not the best situation. In the morning we were.woke up by markt place in the street. There was no ACU so we need to open the window.

À notre arrivée nous avions réservé deux suites l’une pour deux personnes l’autre pour trois , le lit pour la troisième personne pas fait et il a fallut deux heure pour avoir une paire de drap que nous avons dû mettre par nos soins à 23h!!!!!!!! La propreté très approximative, la baignoire avec moisissures autour de la baignoire,pas de frigo , au bar de l’hôtel ,qui au passage un vendredi ferme à 22h , plus de glaçon , et boissons chaudes à 21h10 . Bref un endroit que je ne recommanderais absolument pas

Goed hotel, de suite is zeer ruim, mooi ingericht, netjes en schoon. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed, ruime keuze en goede kwaliteit. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

In my view, personally, I am not fond of buffet type eating due to the tendency of odd individuals who touch utensils with possibly unclean hands….

We were given a free upgrade to a superior room, had extremely helpful and pleasant receptionists and bar staff and had the added bonus of cctv coverage of our parked motorcycle.

Always a good welcome and staff very helpful ,we have used this hotel over a number of years when we visit family in Lelystad

Maybe the hotel could offer bar snacks etc during the day ,for example sandwiches etc..

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with a decent size even for 3 people. The bed was good. Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices (although no fresh orange juice). The location for us was very convenient. Fair value for the price.

Some minor flaws: the lighting in the room was insufficient (only 1 lamp), in the breakfast area 1 of the windows was leaking from the rain.

Comfortabel room with a fine bed. 4th floor so we had a good view of the city.

Could only reach the fourth floor by lift, not nice of you're uncomfortable in closed areas. Second, we could not use the resaurant because they had no (more) a chef kok. But the most disturbing was the new bath placed in the bathroom. It had a round bottom making it very uncomfortable to use the shower, even dangerously.

Chinese restaurant below, could not open window as various smells would engulf the room immediately. No aircon....just a noisy fan. For what paid, was excessive, not value for money......but staff were fantastic.

Quiet hotel, good location. breakfast was great with large selection. Helpful and friendly staff Room was clean but a little old design...

Breakfast is very good

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and heard and followed perfectly our requests. Our suite was quiet and clean, the beds were wonderful and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice. The location was perfect. This hotel was all we needed.

The location is great because it is very close to the city centre and also to the train station - 5 minutes walk. The room was very large and comfy and it was also clean. The bathtoom was also great and very clean. The lounge area is great and it has very good wifi.

The only thing I didn' t like was the fact that most rooms do not have air conditioning and I was unfortunate to arrive there when it was really hot. There was a fan in the room, but it wasn't enough for that hot days.

Nice and coosy hotel. Excellent breakfast.
