Les rideaux ne masquent pas le jour, trop de lumière dès 3 h du matin ! Et chambre sans vue, presque sans fenêtre, mal aérée... Les oreillers trop durs, tous pareils, pas d'option plus moelleuse. On aurait aimé avoir un placard avec des étagères, pour un séjour assez long.

The breakfast and location are the best parts of this hotel which are both really good. The bed was also comfortable and the room was big.

The hotel felt old as a whole while some items of furniture were nice and newish. Also, at first we didn't get a proper full bed but two twins pushed together. The reception thankfully quickly changed our room. We traveled with a dog which costs 250kr and for that price we would have appreciated a bag of treats (however one staff member did give us a few in the lobby which was really nice!).

Right in city centre, close to tourist attractions. Rooms are ok for the location. Have to especially mention the Excellent checkin service provided by Mr. Joel at front desk. When my name did not show in the booking, he tried reversing First name / Last name. That worked. He was very resourceful. Mr. Joel also was very helpful and knowledgeable about all things a guest should know. Pointed out the two building layout of the hotel, location of breakfast room, all-day coffee services, gym and sauna. He also outlined key resources useful to guests right in the areas surrounding the Kom hotel. Wifi password also was provided without asking. At several hotels, to extract all that information, you the guest, have to keep asking, asking...

No air-conditioning. This can be a problem in summer. A small table fan is provided in the rooms, though.

it was ok, nothing to complain, just all a bit old and in need of maintenance.

Breakfast was amazing, so many choices and everything clean. The room was very good, only the bathroom was vintage and smelled badly.

I loved the breakfast was awesome and a lot of different options. It was ina good location, the gym was decent if you think about exercising . I think breakfast only saved us a lot of money instead of eating out. They came and clean everyday our room.

A bit dirty in the lounge and the walls are a bit dirty/old.

Towels of poor quality, no air conditioning. Bathroom gets soaked when using shower.

Good location near to city center, supermarket and alcomarket.

Choice and quality of food for breakfast - average but could be better. Tiny window under the ceiling is the only window we had, although on the pictures you see large windows. Very small pillows are very uncomfortable. Quite old furniture and no minibar fridge, although you can see it on pictures.

Late check in, we had to wait until 3pm to get our room. No alternative provided.

Aside from the teeny, tiny bathroom, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, with a good variety of things to eat and drink, and the location was very convenient.

A larger bathroom would have been nice, especially a larger shower area.

Location of the hotel was quite good, we did not use transport at all, everything in walkable distance. The room size was ok. Cleaning done daily. Breakfast choice was good and overall tasty.
