The personel is very friendly and professional - the staff takes your luggage and helps with the door every single time. The location is top notch and a big reason why we chose this hotel. Delivery and taxis are easy to order. The rooms are very clean and are being cleaned every day if you want. It was my second stay in the hotel and everything was great, just for me personally the upgrade to the junior suite wasn't worth it. Last time we had 2 double rooms and they were more than enough with better balcony and kitchen in both.

We got an upgrade for 2 Junior Suites - but the quality of the rooms was vastly different. 1 of them didn't have a kitchen sink at all. The balconies were also extremly different, one was big with a beautiful view and the other one was really small with a bad view on a building. To me it doesn't seem appearent why those 2 rooms where the same category/price. Also unfortunatley our request for 2 rooms next/close to each other wasn't fullfilled although i understand that isn't always possible.

very handy for Lumpini park, the overground rail system and loads of malls and restaurants from street style to high end. The concierge staff were all very helpful and friendly. Mustn’t forget the pool which was very refreshing.

One major negative that we didn’t discover until arrival was the fact that this is a “dry” hotel., we simply took it for granted. Breakfast was geared up to the palate of eastern taste, notwithstanding that eastern guests probably make up the vast majority of visitors.

I took 2 badroom apartment. It was a lovely experience in general. The staff were very cooperative.

Het zwembad was mooi en heerlijk om 's ochtends een frisse duik in te nemen. De kamer was groot.

De service van de medewerkers (behalve van ontbijt). Ze zijn niet onaardig maar niet gastvriendelijk. Het hotel is gedateerd maar wel schoon. Onze gangdeur sloot onderaan niet af waardoor je andere gasten te goed hoorden. Ook zaten we naast een drukke weg waardoor het voor de kinderen lastig was om in slaap te vallen. Voor de prijs die je betaalt zijn er echt mooiere en gastvrijere hotels. Ook wordt er geen alcohol geserveerd, hiervoor moet je naar de supermarkt om de hoek.

Very friendly staff and located in the middle of the shopping district and close to the BTS. Priceworthy and with a balcony.

It shouldn’t be labeled five stars. I’ve stayed in several other five star hotels in Bangkok and this is not on the same level. The furniture in the room and the breakfast is definitely not the same as other five star hotels. However I paid less than half of what the others asked for so for the price I’m very happy. It’s a good four star hotel.

Great location, about 5-10mins walk to Ploenchit BTS. Room is good size and clean. Mini bar items are free (Coke, Sprite, lemon tea, orange juice, potato chips, nuts and crispy coconut rolls). Room and hotel are clean. Nice Spa on the highest floor which adds to the convenience!

The walk to the BTS is not sheltered and they are many steps to climb. Not suitable for elderly or people who needs mobility assistance.

Замечательный отель! Все очень понравилось. Дали номер на 29м этаже с шикарным видом на Бангкок. В отзывах почитал что отель старый, но я не заметил такого. В Бангкоке есть намного хуже отели за эти деньги. Расположение отеля очень хорошее, рядом метро и торговые центры. Хороший WiFi.

Душ мог бы быть повыше )

Second time staying here and it’s still nice. Suite is big and bedroom is separated from living and dining area. 5min walk to BTS We always go to level 30 for massage at night, which is very convenient but have to book in advance.

الموظفين متعاونين الفطور جيد قربه من الاسواق مثل سنترال ورلد وسيام براغون يبعدون عن الفندق كيلو مشي ربع ساعه لكن المشي ممتع وامن للعوائل والميني بار فري هذي شغله حلوه منهم ويشكرون عليها .وحاطين مكينة قهوه مجانيه باللوبي

الغرفه غير مفروشه وتحتاج تجديد لكن نظيفه للامانه والحمام نظامه قديم ولونه اسود لازم يتجدد الغرفه بشكل عام تحتاج تجديد

فندق راقي ومنظم والموظفين بشوشين والفندق هادئ ولا يوجد به كحول وغرفهم واسعه ويوجد في بعضها شرفه وقريب من كل الأسواق

Location is good. The family room is clean and large enough for 3 of us. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The room is not soundproof. At 5am in the morning, the guests opposite us were checking out and they were opening and closing and the doors many times. We couldn't sleep until we told them to stop.
