Comfy bed in room , staff did give us a 15% discount for our inconvenience
Main pool was shut for the whole duration of our stay which was said on booking.com to only be shut till the 21st (was shut till the 28th) , room had heap of bugs on the ceiling , two small pools weren’t kept in good condition and also locals/non guests were using the pools taking up all the beds which was already minimal,

The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfy. The room was also equipped with the necessary things that made our stay so worth while.
The fact that the main pool was closed as this was something we looked forward to when we made the booking.

Room was very comfortable and facilities very good. Location was in close proximity to Cable Beach but was walkable.
Restaurant was understaffed which created a tense atmosphere as food was but available in the Buffet and service poor to non existent.

The beds definitely need an upgrade and the rugs in the apartments I think need to be replaced. They were extremely dirty. I could let my 4 month old baby play on them. The towels also are probably due to be replaced as very worn.

I had a one bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the pools from the balcony. My bed was big and comfortable with nice linen. The room was clean and spacious.
The wifi in my room couldnt play media. Apparently the wifi is currently being upgraded. My friends in another room had excellent wifi.

I appreciated my late check out and parking request. And was surprised by a room upgrade.
That the restaurant and bar wasn't open and that it was not mentioned in the hotel description before booking. The whole apartment was unclean.

Location is set back a bit far from Cable Beach itself but close to the new Spinifex Brewery which is a good spot. Cable Beach as a suburb is a good spot to stay when in Broome.
Room is dated and in serious need of refurbishment. Dishwasher was an antique. Oven (which didn’t work) and electric cooktop similar. Mould in the grout of the shower. TV in the minor bedroom didn’t work.
Pool area is huge but has absolutely no vibe without a pool bar and the restaurant being closed. Understand that trade is highly seasonal and it was the tail end of the Wet Season but it was also Easter holidays. No BYO in pool area but as I say, no bar area to buy a drink if you wanted one. Everyone that I could see had brought their own. No staff around to enforce the rules in any event so fair play for all the guests.

We thought breakfast was poor. Little choice and poorly presented. Over cooked sausages, limp hash browns, indifferent scrambled eggs. Disintegrated tomatoes. And not hot enough!

Booked 2 rooms but could not get rooms close together. Restuarant was closed.

The pool areas were great so was the housekeeping and location great for families
The bathroom especially the shower was grotty, the dryer didn't work, the restaurant wasn't open which was annoying and the power went out our last night
