Staff were friendly upon arrival. Prompt service. The layout of the room was ideal for us. A small amount of space between adults and children and everyone could see the TV. Great first hotel experience for my children. They loved it!

Stayed another night at a different Nightcap in Launceston, got welcome drinks. However, no welcome drinks here, even it's also mentioned on the room cards—feeling a bit let down by the inconsistency. Nonetheless, for just one night, it's not a big concern.
One parking lot is under construction, with very limited spots available in a small car park. For a one-night stay, it's not a big deal, but if you need to drive somewhere during the day, good luck finding a spot upon your return.

Cleaner stole our Iphone charger and replaced it with a substitute.
Our free breakfast as compensation was forgotten to be recorded.

Cleaning of the bathrooms- this is the second time I’m experiencing this as they just spray and wipe I guess. The bad smell is coming from the wash room

The hotel is conveniently located to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal.
We had a smooth and quick check in on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable in a quiet location. The lift was a very welcomed sight after a long days travel…..no need to struggle with luggage up stairs!
