Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine intérieur qui était en réparation ( alors que nous venions dans cet hôtel surtout pour cette piscine), et nous n'avons pas pu avoir un dédommagement financier suite à ce désagrément. Comparativement à notre venue il y a 4 ans , nous voyons que l'hôtel s'abime ( infiltration des balcons, séparation balcon abimé...)

Not a lot . Lunch menu was quite limited especially if you don't eat beef.

Spa was excellent, Gym was amazing, pool was amazing, Room was brilliant - just the weather wasnt perfect ;)

Our suite was lovely. Private balcony overlooking the sea. Fabulous views. Suite very sizeable. Room service was excellent and very timely. Staff friendly. Lifts were super quick too. Very large Supermarket close. Very close to beach and restaurants. The rooms were cleaned promptly every day. Always a maid around. The hotel welcomed us with a small bottle of port and we had pastries daily. On our last night we had a bottle of wine delivered complimentary to our room. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and very friendly The food at the pool bar was very good.

Our bed was rock solid and we’re our pillows. So didn’t sleep well. The air conditioning didn’t ever turn off in the bathroom. The central light switch was broken so all lights or no lights. The maid kept taking our glasses and cups and not replacing them so in the morning we had to ring down to get cups for tea/coffee. The train runs right in front of the hotel and there’s lots of noise from the road. There’s no information about the hotel and its facilities and how everything works. I think it would be good to have something in the room the read so you gen up on the hotel. It would be good to have had a smart tv so we could watch Netflix and prime. The gym is hidden away and is a member gym so absolutely packed out. So I didn’t end up using the gym after the first day. The breakfast was average however the service at breakfast was exemplary.
