The room we stayed in is cozy and spacious, well soundproofed, warm, with all the necessary facilities, balcony and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the pool, the two saunas and the quietness. The breakfast is exceptional, the coffee is very good, and the food is great in general even if a bit pricey.

There were a few spider webs in the room and in the bathroom, but I think it's just a mistake as the room is very high. The furniture and bathroom fittings also need some attention. The hotel staff is very warm and polite, but the waiters seem slightly bored, and the restaurant could use some music to liven up the atmosphere.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, nice pool for the kids. The hotel is located by the lake, very nice surroundings. The restaurant is OK. The breakfast was very good, even if not an open buffet.

1. no service in reception. when we arrived, no one said anything about welcome. I was just given a piece of paper to fill in my details. no notice about breakfast time, wifi code etc. the basic info. One night, When there was no running water , I called to report the issue ,the lady in reception raised her voice and seemed upset about me asking about that. she took my call as a complaint but I was just asking about what is happening. This means no training on the staff, not even the basic skills, not to mention any professional talking skills. 2.old facility. Shower water not hot. maybe ok for summer but not for winter. 3. breakfast is only 2hours (9-11am). 4. The cleaners came to the room when we were in the balcony, which is strange/rude. In all the 5 star hotels I stayed, cleaners don't come in when guests are inside. Ours came in, treated us as air, no checking about if ok to clean, and in the end, didn't even put a new shower bottle (the old one is tiny and empty already). 5. All of these may be acceptable when we pay 30euro a night, but not for 130euro a night. I have on idea how such a place is rated a 5-star when you get 3-star room and food, and 1-star service. In the end, I hope my experience is just an exception. But I believe the future guests will have their own judgement.
