The hotel is in a very nice location, close to the town center, with nice walking paths nearby. They have welcomed our dog and provided also nice treats at the arrival which was very appreciated. The staff was very kind.

Overall i liked the hotel and have nothing to complain about. One thing that might have been appreciated was to know before that for the restaurant there was a dress code (just no sports clothes), there was no enforcement but if i had known before leaving i would have organized accordingly.

The hotel had a great rooftop pool with an exceptional view. Half board breakfast and dinner was expansive. Very close proximity to the slopes.

Only a small portion of the restaurant has a view. The wine menu is relatively expensive.

All staff within the hotel were all helpful from the guys meeting you to collect your bags to the reception staff. The restaurant staff were particularly attentive. We had 3 rooms, all were spacious and spotlessly clean. Facilities are first rate and hotel is next to main lift. This is our second stay at the Fliana and we will definitely stay again in the future.

The outdoor pool was too cold both in cold days and in a relatively warm day and the outdoor pool was supposed to be the greatest part of the hotel from our previous stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good but dinner was only good on the first night. The other nights it was disappointing.
