Buffet dinner was excellent. Service was great. Breakfast too was healthy and ample.

Rooms were too simple as compared to the price. The reception seemed more keen on selling more services rather than helping and explaining in what was already included in the property without any extra charges

We got room which is most probably in the reconstruction waiting list, as walls were damaged and it doesnt give us good impression. The cost for one night is not the cheapest one and you assume you get fair room in **** hotel. I also ordered this hotel because it was a swimming pool so we wanted to end up our 10 days travel with relaxing evening, however we got informed after arrival, that swimming pool for kid is available only between 11.00-15.00. And as we have been family of 2 adults and 1 kid, that was no option. So quite disappointing and next time we are definitely choosing another place where to stay

A great hotel five minutes drive from the center of Uddevalla. Didn't look too great from the outside, but was excellent on the inside. Nice cosy room, amazing breakfast, and it had a nice touch with chess, foosball, shuffleboard and pool to occupy myself and my teen kids in the evening. Great to have overnight EV charging, although the capacity was not higher than 3,5 kw. But it was good for a reasonable price at this day and age.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. The TV was ridiculously small. The foosball table needed repair.

Friendly staff, hot breakfast with decent selections, free parking on site, convenient location for overnight stay; would recommend trying their renovated rooms

Economy room is super old (70-80's style) and beds are not comfortable. Not enough lighting in the room. no tea/coffee, kettle, and fridge in the room. These old rooms indeed need renovation. Extra for using their spa but if you book a room directly on their website it comes for free.

Great location and the spa is very nice. The ice-cream and candy section was a nice surprise! The staff from the kitchen was really nice and helpful but the receptionists were awful!

The receptionists were rude and treated us bad. We paid when we arrived but the receptionist did not write it in the system so when we wanted to access the spa we had problems and had to prove that we had already paid. The receptionists had also a bad attitude when we asked things. The hotel should invest in training receptionists on how to treat guest well.

the only hotel on our 2 week vacation that had actual beds for 3 people!!! no pull out. lovely. view was outstanding. dinner and breakfast outstanding. still eating candy from candy wall. great touch.

Old bathroom that allmost fell apart Only cold water in shower No soap in dispenser at bathroom Arrogant butler in the restaurant that made us not feel welcome

- Location by the seafront promenade - comfy beds

- no ventilation and no AC = stale air and very warm room - noisy: slamming doors registering on the Richter scale, humming water pipes that sound like fog horns everytime someone turns on a tap in the building - dust everywhere - bed cover under the top mattress was not clean and had human and dog hair on it (see photo) - breakfast buffet was an absolute warzone w no hygiene, ppl/kids running everuwhere (I dread to think what it was like during covid) - lactose free options were crammed in a tiny fridge and no vegan options? - everything was yellowed in the room due to being old. Not the worst thing but added to all the previous points.... - when we mentioned the issues above at check out, we were told we couldn't get any money back due to having paid in advance (partial refunds anyone?). The only form of compensation we got was a free bottle of water!!!! Short summary: avoid the old "cheap" part of the hotel if you're planning on sleeping in that room. Most of the picture you see online are from the newly developed part of the hotel. The old part has not been upgraded for many years.
