Wonderful location. Room very comfortable. Bar & Food options great

Lots of hallways and doors to find your way around. If I had to complain but not really an issue.

I like everything about the hotel.

The app indicated that the cost is inclusive of breakfast, the reality is that it is not. Please update the app . I should have known about the beach.

Convenient location, rooms and bathroom were clean, staff provided exceptional service when the toilet was faulty and were prompt in helping us out. Staff were also friendly and hospitable, which made me feel welcome.

Don’t eat at the bar. I ordered the Calamari and Karaage Chicken. Both were over cooked and very little for the price charged.

I liked the central location and the friendly and helpful staff.

I wish there had been shelves in the wardrobe to store clothes in addition to the hanging space.

It’s in a Great Location, is Central and in a Heritage Building.

Granite Tiles in Shower and Bathroom are gorgeous, but can present as a Trip or Slip Hazard, I fortunate bought 3 non slip mats and a Suction Grab Handle which helps with that. But that’s just Me!!!

Our room was quite a distance from lifts which might not suit everyone.

The property was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The room we had was the perfect size for what we needed. It’s in a great location close to shops and tram stops. I also liked that they had a storage facilities for your bags where you can leave them until the 2pm check in time.

Solides Mittelklassehotel in Toplage, um alles per Fuss oder mit der kostenlosen Tram erreichen zu können. Für den Tarif waren wir angenehm überrascht. Es gabt sogar eine Gästewaschmaschine (praktisch, wenn man wie wir länger unterwegs ist) und man konnte einen kleinen Gutschein für die Bar oder das Restaurant bekommen, wenn man nicht jeden Tg auf Zimmerservice und Handtuchwechsel besteht. Gutes Modell

Great location. Hanger can be removed from the cabinet, this is great, allow us to use the hanger in the toilet to hang the wet bathers. Room space is great too

Hair dryer left on the floor, that's pretty disgusting. floor is not clean.

Location is number one. The bar area/options and Mister Munro are good. Staff are excellent and friendly. I have been visiting for some years from a child with my parents to now as a dad with my family. Some staff have been here for a long time and are very good. Look after them!

Great Location. Perfect room for two friends and two kids like we had. Beds were comfy.

Not clean, bar smelt musty. Bathroom was poorly set up. Deep set mirror with poor lighting

The room was good bed itself great the pillows were a bit ordinary. Very flat pillows and not soft but that could just be my personal taste.

Accomodated the three of us in one room. Seperate beds

There was no biscuits to have with the cup of tea

It was very clean and very well maintained. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

The pillows on the bed are too flat and only one extra pillow provided.
