Foi permitido um check in antecipado e ficamos muito agradecidos pois tínhamos planos para o resto do dia e facilitou-nos.

Pressão da água era muito fraca. Sinal Wi-Fi no quarto quase inexistente. Prendem as cortinas para os hóspedes não conseguirem arrastar e ver a humidade absurda que está nas paredes. Falamos na recepção sobre este assunto e a resposta foi que não era nenhuma novidade, que a fachada do hotel está com uma infiltração e os quartos estão cheios de humidade. Pergunto-me se acham que esta situação é normal? Humidade/ bolor é prejudicial para a saúde, no meu caso ainda pior estando grávida, não tiveram sequer um pingo de consideração pela situação. Para melhorar encontrei uma barata no quarto no momento em que ia fazer o check out. Tirei uma fotografia e tenho guardada como prova. Ainda assim o alojamento tentou fazer-me passar por ignorante e enviou-me uma fotografia de um inseto que nada tinha a ver com uma barata. Tudo para não se responsabilizarem. Ainda estou a pensar se faço queixa na ASAE. O pequeno almoço não é bom, pouca variedade e se chegarem às 10h já não tem quase nada. Fraca gestão. Dinheiro mal gasto. Não recomendo a reserva deste hotel.

A tranquilidade, o espaço envolvente, o hotel, o quarto... muito bom!

- O estacionamento reservado ao hotel... muito distante do hotel e em trajeto um pouco perigoso e com estrada íngreme... - O pequeno-almoço pouco variado... dois dias e foi sempre a mesma ementa... e ainda com a ressalva que os ovos mexidos e as fatias de bacon estavam frias...

Tudo bem tranquilo, quer no pequeno almoço (a marcação ajuda a não irem todos ao mesmo tempo), quer sem barulhos de outros quartos e hóspedes.

Poupa pressão de água para banhos. A limpeza poderia ter sido mais exaustiva.

The location could not be more central to Vila do Gerês. The hotel is beautiful, the room was huge and the bed was really spacious and comfortable. I slept like a baby and I'm quite fussy about beds and mattresses. The shower/bath was big, the water hot and with good pressure, lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice too, European style with some eggs, pastries, fruits, cured meats etc. Would definitely come back again ☺️

Parking is difficult around there - there is a car park but it is quite far away. I can see that when it is summer and busy the car park is amazing though, as you'll struggle to find any street parking.

Faltou a piscina e gym no hotel

Classy hotel, fine diverse breakfast, we enjoyed it. Kind staff, nice room and facilities, it was a great stay. Parking was easy.

Pool is not on hotel property. It’s quite far( about a 10-15 minute walk). The hotel is shared with other hotels and you have to pay extra to use pool lounge chairs. AC didn’t work well They lock the doors to the hotel around 23:00. When we arrived late from going out, we had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to let us in. There’s a phone number to call so they can open the door but no one answered. Luckily one of the hotel staff arrived after 30 minutes and let us in.

the hotel needs some renovations in the hallways and there is no fridge in the rooms. needs some upgrades in the washrooms. Breakfast was okay could have been better they need to refill more quick

The dinner was very good with lots of options (certainly the best in the place), breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful. The room was big, with a comfortable bed and nice city and Mountain View.

The spa was not accessible, because of the time of the year. The room had no plugs to charge the phone beside the bed, and there was no fridge in my room. They had fireworks beside the hotel, which are not appropriate in a city like Gerês, where one looks for peace and contact with nature.

- Noisy. Our room was right next to the elevator, We could hear everything, everytime the elevator was working, any floor, (and it's a big place) we heard it loud. - shower flow with hot water was weak. - the room was very dark. There was a fair light on the hallway, but inside the room only 2 small bed lamps and 1 medium. - old furnitures, we rather sit on the window than accidentally break the chairs.

excellent value, great location, friendly staff, common area/lounge is excellent and greatly appreciated on a rainy day.

wifi didn’t work in our room but was good in the lobby so it wasn’t a major issue. Only real issue was that there was a great deal of noise throughout the night - we could hear everything in the hall, the rooms around us, random noises throughout the hotel. I downloaded and used a white noise playlist on my phone to help us sleep.

Excellent full breakfast.

Air conditioning didn't work, we asked twice to have it looked at but no one came, and it was hot at night. Advertisement for the place makes it seem like they have indoor and outdoor pools but this is just what is located in the town of Geres and is available to anyone (for a charge) staying at any hotel.
