Room was good and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK for a 3 star property. Selection of cold meats and cheeses available. Also a great piece of apparatus for boiling our own eggs!

Room was adequate and the bed was comfortable but the lighting very poor. My husband couldn't read before going to sleep due to this.

No warning about road closed outside the hotel

Booked this hotel en route to the Basque area of Spain, it’s. reasonably small hotel with friendly helpful staff and just a short walk to the historic quarter with bars and restaurants. Secure parking available at rear for a small charge. Excellent breakfast choice. At the time of visiting (May 23) building improvement works were under way in front of the hotel and the covered market are. Definitely worth a visit.

The room was smaller than expected and the decor was not as shown in any of the pictures,felt like it needed upgrading to the same as other rooms pictured.

Everything!! Beautiful modern decor throughout the hotel. Lovely staff. Clean and spacious room, comfy beds, excellent facilities in the room. The garden and the pool was a stunning and tranquil area. Close to all shops and restaurants, only a short walk away.

The lift wasn’t the most efficient

Good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and few minutes away from the old town. Helpful staff.

Location was great for accessing central Bergerac and ample parking.

Rooms were a little basic, but generally clean. Breakfast was very basic and too expensive for what was on offer. Would recommend walking into the town to grab coffee and croissant instead.

Reception staff. Parking. Take dogs in. Very close to old town. Next to a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant that we took the dog in with us. Comfy bed. Warm room.

Small room, we both couldn't walk round the bed at same time. No kettle. No fridge. Very dusty on radiators (that weren't the heating source) and skirting boards. Bathroom was old and tired. I'd say the hotel needed a makeover.
