Location was great, advertised as having on site parking which was one of the main reasons for choosing but later learned this not to be the case, however there is NO parking within the walls, so had to pay overnight parking at 33 euros, 15 minute walk away, which ultimately was ok? We were actually booked in the Skipper Building a very sort walk from the hotel, which was a little disappointing and our room viewed a construction site which was covered in plastic, very noisy on a windy night! Overall, it was a one night stay to get the ferry in the morning, so was acceptable. Staff were very lovely and helpful!

St malo has a vast number of exciting restaurants and many of them are within 300 m of this hotel. Fantastic old buildings around.
The hotel is so central. Just stroll out and back.

Located very close to the port, so if you’re traveling in a ferry, it’s very convenient.
Rooms are quite antiquated and the windows don’t block the light very well. No air-conditioner so if it’s hot outside, you will feel it. No elevator and the stairwell is quite narrow, so if you have a big suitcase you might have some trouble.

The perfect location and a great garage for a small car. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful.
No A/C in the room made for a very warm summer evening. A fan would have helped and maybe should be considered.

Very good location, directly in the old town. Lots of restaurants near by. Parking was possible at the port and it is free during the night. Room was clean.
The flushing of the toilet did not work well - it took like half an hour until the tank was full again. We had to "share" the toilet go sometimes or else we couldn't make it go away. The sanitary facilities could be renewed in general.
No elevator, only a very narrow staircase.

Staff was very accomodating , we were able to check in slightly early. Position of the hotel is good , however at night too much activity.
Soap dispenser was already at a bare minimum when we arrived and never filled up during our stay ( only stayed for 2 nights). The wall mounted hairdryer cable had never been cleaned . The cleanliness was below expectations.

Quiet Room We did have a quiet room and it was centrally located. it was easy to get around in St Malo from this hotel. The bed was comfortable in our room
It was a small room and we didn't expect it be quite so small. At times we could hear the people in the room below. this may have been because windows had to be kept open due to the warm weather and their voices may have echoed off of the light well below. we didn't think much of the breakfast which was charged at 12 euros. If the hotel had been cheaper we could expect a small room and a limited breakfast dot at over 150 euros per night we thought it was poor value
