a rather vegetarian breakfast, which I think is very healthy and I enjoyed the table in the corner at the window with a beautiful street view
The cleanliness in the room left a bit to be desired regarding the floor, which had not been mopped for a long time. My socks, although dark in color, "caught" all the dust a bit sticky

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, ggü. S-Bahn, ca. 100 m zur U-Bahn. Daneben ein Kiosk, um die Ecke ein DM Markt. Die Gegend ist sauber., es war leise bei unserem Aufenthalt Parken mit PKW ist eher schlecht, wenig Platz und parkscheinpflichtig. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Seife und Fön vorhanden, schöne Handtücher.
Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt.
Bei der Rezeption kann man Getränke aus einem Kühlschrank erwerben. Essen gibt's nur zum Frühstück.
Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, kostet 12 Euro pro Person, wir haben am Frühstücksraum vorbeigeschaut. Eher kühl eingerichtet, aber sauber. Das Frühstücksangebot ist völlig in Ordnung.
Hotel ist auf jeden Fall für Städte Trip geeignet.
Leider gibt es keine Bar für einen absacker im Hotel

Extreme Lautstärke durch einen Club mit live DJ's genau neben an. Ich habe das Hotel nach einer Nacht verlassen.

Hotelli ei tarjonnut kuin hyvin vaatimattoman perusaamiaisen, joka ei lopulta onneksi kuulunut hintaan. Lähellä oli valikoima hyviä aamiaispalveluita.

Die Lage ist ok. Das Zimmer war hell und hatte Verdunkelungsvorhänge für die Nacht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und ich habe gut geschlafen.
Ich hatte nur am letzten Morgen W-LAN Zugang im Zimmer. Sonst musste ich die ganze Zeit mobile Daten nutzen. Das Hotel hat kein Bügeleisen. Sowas habe ich in keinem Hotel bisher erlebt. Ich war auf Geschäftsreise und musste mit zerknitterten Sachen herumgehen. Die Eingangstür im Zimmer ist auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern hin- und her gehüpft, was das Einschlafen unmöglich machte, bis ich ein Stück Papier zerknittert und eingeklemmt habe. An einem Abend habe ich um ein scharfes Messer gebeten, um Brot zu schneiden, aber die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir gesagt, dass sie keins haben (obwohl das Hotel Frühstück anbietet).

The room was without AC, was to hot. the staff wasn’t friendly and it was very rude.

The location of the hotel is perfect, facing the train station, which made it very easy for me to move around the city and also for my return to the airport. I just couldn't use the train on arrival because the flight was delayed and there was no train available, so I took an Uber (approximately €60).
The only thing I really didn't like, at least in my room, was the shower. The adjustment was not very good, and the water jet changed in intensity after some time of use.

we can't pay at property and pay by cash. check in time wasn't comfortable.
moreover you are not allowed to take your key with you... every time when you go out the hotel you have to submit key at desk and take back when you come hotel...

It is a good place. I liked everything! I would stay at this place again. It was clean, comfortable, smelled good, this place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is good, the price is good, it the check-in was convenient. I recommend you this place! 10/10

The location was excellent.
The room was very basic and drab and smelled of stale smoke. Our room was beside the stairs and we could hear people up and down the stairs and those in the room above us. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and were kept awake by loud techno music until 2am.

The hotel is quiet and its location is really cool. It is fine for families planning to visit Berlin zoo.
We could smell the smell of cigarettes in our room, especially in bathroom. We told about it to hotel staff, they only answer that it is not possible.... Pity. If there were not this problem, we would be happy with this place.

Nothing great. The lady at the breakfast room was the only friendly lady in the entire hotel.
The staff at the reception are not friendly at all. The hotel is outdated and in need of a renovation. Seeing it online and in reality was a shocker. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's pathetic. The heating system was not effective.

I booked a double room but had two twin beds pushed together with a single duvet? That was weird! The room was not as spacious as it looks online.
I like the location, close to lots of restaurants. Staff were helpful.
The reception we found when checking in did not speak much English, and seemed stand offish!

The location of the hotel is superb. The S Ban station is just a few steps away, from where you can reach the city center or air port. The hotel is just two stops away from the Berlin messe, so it is perfect if you are travelling for an exhibition held there. Breakfast was nice.
The hotel needs refurbishment. Towels we got were clean, but very old. The price was a bot too high.

Really comfortable room, great shower, WiFi worked great. Lady on the front desk was super helpful.
The room I personally stayed in could benefit from a full length mirror. But other than that, it was lovely.

great location, view of the sbahn station. Service okay, room quite clean, although very small. good as a one-night/weekend rental. Cold air was blowing in from the window, but the radiators were already working, so it wasn't particularly troublesome.
Very bad acoustics (sounds from the street heard as much as if someone was talking in the room, you can hear all the sounds from the corridor), very little space (in the twin room the beds about 40 cm apart - I traveled as a couple, but if I had bought a room, for example, for a business trip, I would have felt uncomfortable). And, sorry to say that, but very uncomfortable pillow :(

I was completely satisfied with the location as the S-Bahn station is across the street. The room was not big but it was impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with all the basic necessities. We'll definitely come again.
I didn't like the view but since my partner is a smoker, we got the room with the look to the back garden and the reason is obvious. Most of the staff barely speak English but we always got what we needed.
