As good as it was, breakfast was too expensive. I had booked one night on points; when I told front desk that I wanted to extend my stay another night, they did not tell me that the point status would not carry over.

Good size of rooms and

The hotel is simply furnished. Especially the lounges including the dining room is extremely sober and spartan. An interior decorator would urgently have to take a closer look at the hotel... Location is for Dresden max. a B minus...

The breakfast is very good!

You expect much more from a 4 star hotel. Specially the staff in the reception.

The breakfast staff was phenomenal. Very friendly even when it was very busy. The omelette was great.

The front desk staff. I’m an American living in Germany and can’t speak any German, but was asked to complete the check in in German. Also, when I called down to be transferred to a friends room, he instead provided me with my friends room number to call. Certainly ruined my buddies confidentially and privacy since I now know exactly where he sleeps. When we scheduled the pool, we were not offered any bathrobes or towels while another family that was at the pool with us was offered a complete kit. When I asked the front desk, they said we should’ve asked for such a kit. The family that was with us was completely unaware of said kit and was offered when they scheduled the pool use. I felt very discrimated against and will never return to such an establishment.

The air conditioner didn't stay on and there was no iron in the room.

Parking fee 11 eur a day Staff at recpetion is not so friendly. On booking there were 10 free rooms, however they told us that there is no free room.

The room the a great view of the city. It was all clean and comfortable. All standard amenities provided. The parking is right beside and easy to navigate. The staff spoke good English and were helpful. Great location near the autobahn (5 minutes). We have not tried the breakfast.

We booked a room with a king size bed. We were first offered a lower quality room (why?). The room was changed after our request. This was a very small nuisance but strange. Otherwise - no more complaints.
