Wir schätzten das grosszügige Zimmer für uns mit 2 Personen und unseren Sohn mit Frau und Kind war das Zimmer ebenso gross, mit einem dritten Bett. Wir hatten genügend Platz. Es war sehr ruhig, da wir uns für ein Gartenzimmer entschieden hatten. Januar 2024.

Der Radiator im Zimmer war leider kalt. Habe dies erst am Morgen festgestellt, dass man etwas aufdrehen könnte.

Good location...extremely close to train station and metro...although, the incline to and from hotel, on cobbled stones was a little difficult with luggage. Breakfast was good.

Strange room design, no view...small step down on entering, you don't notice and surprises you every time...causing your back to be thrown out, if you don't remember. Not sure if all rooms have this. The hotel is under major construction...our room had a strong smell of paint, as well as hallways...luckily, we had a door that could open for fresh air, otherwise, they had no other rooms available for us.

Perfect location, right next to the train station which was ideal for us. Spacious room for 3, and comfortable beds.

Great place close to many restaurants, shops and the station. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Various options for meals at the hotel.

Location, location, location!

The bathtub could have been just a bit wider.

Good sized rooms, great service, a full-sized bath. Had to rush for an early train and appreciated that I had the choice to just get a croissant and coffee at the breakfast bar.

Would have appreciated a mini bar!

Location is superb just 5 min from main train station, though it is an uphill climb to the hotel. Quite a steep slope if you have big bags but definitely manageable

Very good location, staff are helpful and friendly, great breakfast with indoor and quiet outdoor garden (even in downtown), rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels with a modern and very ergonomic design, communication with hotel primo to the arrival for detailed arrangements (breakfast, parking etc.) were smooth and with prompt answers. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quiet.

The hotel is very near the main train station but on a slight hill. Not ideal for older person and not handicapped accessible.

This is really a nice hotel. We loved our room. Comfortable, large bed and great shower. Also, a small fridge and kettle with coffee and teas. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind. The young man who checked us in shared lots of tips on activities and use of the free transport card. We also like the coffee and pastry option at breakfast for 5SF. Location is convenient for train arrivals. Old town is a bit further up the hill.

Leaving too soon.

Overall, the look and feel of the hotel was attractive and comfortable. Nice easy 5 minutes walk from railway station. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our final room (1 night out of 4 ) was great. Looked onto internal garden was well laid out and had good daylight to make room very comfortable. We only got this second room when we mentioned we we are not very happy that our original garden view room was rather dark and dismal and had no Internet. Wish they had set us better from the start.

Breakfast. They offer scrambled egg. At 8.15am, there was a small amount left in the serving tray but dried up and hard. I asked the staff member if some more could be made. He just replied, "No, there is still some left." When that ran out, he said it could not be replaced. Breakfast was expensive at 22 CHF per person, so we were not impressed and did not have breakfast there again. The Thai evg food was much better. However, the staff seemed rushed, stressed, and a bit curt. One lady told me I had to leave a staff tip. As service had not been good/friendly and she'd forgotten the water I had ordered three times (got it myself in the end), I did not want to tip for what felt like not good service. She was not very happy. So if the restaurant service was better and we'd got the room we ended up with we would awarded this place with a ten as we really liked it.
