كل شيء جميل في باد راغاز ورائع، الناس لطيفين في باد راغاز، مكان هادئ للاسترخاء وتجديد النشاط.
جميع موظفي الفندق رائعين، وبالاخص موظفي الاستقبال جنيفر ولوكا رائعين، عندما علموا بأننا بشهر العسل ارسلوا لنا هدية جميله، الف شكر لكم صنعتم يومنا.

Im Welness werden die Massagedüsen alle drei Minuten ausgeschaltet was sehr sparsam wirkt. Zudem werden nur Früchte angeboten - andere Wellneshotela bieten mehr Auswahl (Nüsse, Datteln, etc.) an
Das Doppelbett geht auseinander, da es auf Rädern ist - zudem fand ich es etwas zu hart. Das Hotel bietet zig verschiedene Polster an aber ein Bauchschläferkissen haben sie nicht.
Regendusche im Zimmer gut aber zur Hälfte verstopft

Das Zimmer 311 ist einfach wunderschön eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, grosser Balkon zum ruhigen Garten.
Das Thermalbad ist das schönste Bad, das ich je gesehen habe. Aqua fit am Morgen macht Spass. Das Essen im Igniv war HAMMER!
Manchmal war der Service ein bisschen langsam. Wir mussten beim Frühstück lange auf Kaffee und Oeuf Benedict warten. Auch in der Loungebar kam der Kellner erst nach längerer Zeit um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Impeccable quality and service. Food was good , staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere was welcoming n warm . Room was tastefully furnished and very comfortable and clean.

some elderly man was getting naked in front of everyone at the pool and no one said anything to him.. not a great look when you try to enjoy the pool

Although a short stay. The spa is great. The facilities are really good. Food is excellent. Room spa loft was just wow.
I had a slight reaction to my hands from the soap bar in the bathroom. Next time I will ask the butler for Hypoallergenic soap or bring my own.

Very grandiose premises with serene park in front. The spa and water facilities are outstanding.
Expensive. A small snack costed around CHF100 for 2!!

Spa was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The concierge service was superb - probably the best i've ever dealt with
Service in the Verve restaurant was a little bit uneven (but we ate in the Italian restuarnat, and that worked very well. Also, while we like the contemporary art scattered around the property, the decor was a little bit not our taste - it looked a little like a luxury hotel in the Middle East

Best thermal spa wellness.
Very comfort bed and room. Cleanliness is perfect.
Breakfast is fabulous and well provided ingredients from nature.
Dinner at the hotel was also very good.
Take time to walk around in the hotel area because of nature surrounding.
