I really liked the way that all the staff engaged with the guests and made them feel like family. Even a minor issue like a sunburn was treated with a grace and respect that is very much appreciated.

Beautiful place, amazing view of the mountain! Full of loving details, the breakfast was delicious, natural and homemade. The whole team was very helpful, every time I needed guidance or recommendation I got it.

The lacation is high.
The luggage of mine was havy and
it was hard working to go there.

The buffet was very generous, home made products were provided.
Family business with very kind people working there and also very helpful.
The view from the terrasse is astonishing.
The SPA is well equipped and if you take the massage, very good needless to say, you can enjoy it during the hour when you partner is been massaged and vice versa.
The Gornegrat train runs just below the hotel, it isn't disturbing, unless you are very light sleeper. It didn't bother us.

Excellant property. We had a suite with direct access to garden which was lovely. The unblocked view of the Matterhorn was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was comfortable and stylish. They gave us some homebaked pastries as a welcome gift which was delightful.
The breakfast was superb with homemade bread, pastries and jams. Such a wonderful way to start the day. .
