The accomodation, service and breakfast were great!

Nothing to complain. However, some fresh fruits with the breakfast would have been great.

Great location in old town area, making it easy to walk to all attractions and an abundance of restaurants, cafes and shops. This hotel is a very interesting mix of historic and modern with lots of art works and colour. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with a well-equiped kitchenette. Breakfast was very nice. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Absolute gem of the hotel! Excitingly central, but very quiet nonetheless. Lovely and very helpful staff. The room (Apricot, naming them rather than numbering is also fun) was bigger than expected and super comfy. The elevator is super fun (wait until you see it!). Convenient city parking in 2 minutes from the hotel. We didn't have breakfast, but I suspect it also delivers. Will definitely stay again.

It's such a different hotel. Very cutely done up. The room and bathrooms are huge with gorgeous decor. The best part however is the location. Easy quick walk to old town and the shopping street. An amazing cafe for breakfast at 2 minute walking distance and a pretty decent Indian restaurant nearby too. Very cheerful and warm staff. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bamberg.

They overcharged us for breakfast to what amounted to over €60. Then proceeded to tell us we were “dirty” implying we should clean our own bathroom. Wi-Fi was not good, and they took our A/C remote away after the first night.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming! Breakfasts were great and a good value also.

The location and proximity to the Altstadt is amazing, Bamberg is just such a beautiful city. The staff were very friendly and helpful! All in all this was a great stay for the value, and I would stay again.

The mattress was firmer than I'm used to, which I didn't love.

The room is comfortable and very clean. it is in a great location where we can walk everywhere.
