Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam

Zentral gelegen und dank Special-Aktion hatte ich ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal: Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung 2 Stunden vor Anreise haben sie so fix reagiert und mich am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück wusste jedes Personalmitglied von meinem Geburtstag und selbst der Hotelmanager kam zum Gratulieren inkl. Geschenk!! Hammer Service!!

Bad sehr klein und eher puristisch, aber gibt bestimmt auch größere Zimmer/Bäder.

Sehr nettes Personal Gutes Essen Frühstück um 7 Geräumiges Zimmer, wäre für mehrere Tage geeignet Radgarage mit Strom

Relativ gering: Nicht ganz ruhig wegen Strasse Duschen nur in der Badewanne, sehr rutschig Bei Brand gefährlich

Amazing hospitality and such a beautiful stay, rooms were spacious and clean. The manager was super lovely and was so awesome to connect with her over some kiwi past. Beautiful decor and location to the lake. Wish we had more nights

I traveled with my little dog and we felt very welcome at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. I loved the style with the four poster bed and the elegant and original furnitures. Big balcony surrounded by the mountains and facing the sunrise. I found very positive that in the room there was a big hairdryer (not the small one you usually find in hotels) and that soap, shampoo etc were good quality products. There is a nice, well kept garden in the back. The location is also good: there is a bus stop less than 1 minute walking; close to shops/ restaurants; few mins walking from the lake.

the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

Everything was perfect! Location, room, breakfast. Enjoyed every second of my stay.
