Todo en general carísimo por lo que es realmente, aunque las fotos puedan engañar. También hay que decir, que en Filipinas llaman resort a todo, y lo pagas con precio europeo, pero con el servicio de su país. Perdieron una prenda de ropa de las que entregamos para el servicio de lavandería, y nos devolvieron la ropa húmeda y doblada, sin planchar, en una bolsa de plástico industrial. Nunca aceptaron el error de haber perdido los pantalones ni nos dieron una solución, por mucho que lo reclamamos. La habitación no correspondía con las fotos de Booking de la habitación que pagamos. El gym a partir de las 17h estaba sin personal, con la luz apagada y sin aire acondicionado. A pesar de no estar fully-booked no nos dejaron hacer el checkin antes de las 15h. En el checkin te preguntan por las intolerancias o restricciones alimentarias lo cual me pareció buena idea porque informé que soy vegetariana. No obstante cada día nos ofrecían paté de pollo y no hicieron ningún “esfuerzo” con mi dieta. En resumen un poco absurdo porque ponen las expectativas más altas por lo que te encuentras al final. No volveríamos ni lo recomendamos.

Our villa was excellent, the room itself and the view was really beautiful. We loved the outdoor tub and the pools which also had an incredible view. Live music on some nights was great.

The food and services were not up to the standard of the hotel. Food was low quality, and at dinner we waited almost two hours for the last dish to be served even though the restaurant was not at all busy. Because the property is slightly remote compared to other options, it wasn't convenient to travel outside for food so the restaurant was a big disappointment.

Perfect place to relax. If you want a place to rest and be away from the city noise this is the perfect place to be.

Ideal place for those seeking private getaway with the family. Place is definitely serene and less crowded than other resorts in Panglao. Food is 5/5, even for our picky toddler. Breakfast buffet options is limited but not overwhelming and different everyday, which is a good thing. The game room and the spa kept us preoccupied during our stay.
