Ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The yard accommodated our family activities. Boating and cliff jumping on the river was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! Our family which included our 14 month old granddaughter! Spacious place for us all to spread out. Enjoyed the view from the decks! Only suggestion would be king beds. We are all use to king beds so we had to spread out this week! Luckily there were plenty of beds! I would stay here again! Views are spectacular and host was timely in all communication!

My husband and I rented this awesome house for a week get-together for us, our kids and grandkids. The house is very nice, has good sized rooms and baths, was very clean, and has a fantastic family/game/bunk area. We loved the outdoor space and the private dock. We rented a pontoon boat and it was wonderful to have it docked right at the house. The lake and Mountain View from just about every area of the house is unbelievable! There is lots of outdoor space for the grandkids to play. We couldn’t have picked a better location or house. Jerry, the owner, was quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved our stay. The location of the property was perfect, right on Flathead Lake with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop. There’s a large grassy area leading to the dock along with a fire pit and horseshoe area. The house is very spacious and comfortable for a large family. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses and add king beds. The rooms are plenty big enough. The bottom floor has a pool table and selection of games which was so nice. Super happy with our stay and hope to return one day!

Had an issue with the water heater, but owner responded as promptly as possible and had it taken care of. Great weekend with the guys and the house could fit us all comfortably.

The house accommodated 18 of us very well, except for poor mattresses. The master suite has an excellent bed. We enjoyed seeing a deer bed down next to the house. Ample parking, good privacy, nice hot tub and decks, and the lake was great for our boat and kayaks. There was a broken faucet in the master suite when we arrived, not a problem, since there were two basins.

This house has so much space for our family to spread out. Great bedrooms and bathrooms, well-organized and stocked kitchen, but best of all the deck views are amazing and the yard and dock allowed us to spend all our time outside enjoying the lake. It was perfect for 12 adults, plenty of privacy and entertainment!

Great home and environment for fun! Big Sky days and nights! Stars,space station,full moon and great sunrise and sunsets. Boating,swimming,biking,hiking,trips to Bison Range and Glacier National Park. What else? Wild Horse Island,river rafting and FISHING!!!!! Fabulous Vacation-Pilgrims to Polson Montana!!!

The property is a little tired and stay a little pricey, but we still thought it was a great place. Here are the pros: (1) really helpful and friendly owner, Jerry; (2) kids loved the dock and swimming in clean water that was about 74 degrees all week; (3) the home was well equipped, especially for kids and large groups; (4) hot tub was great for warming up after a swim; (5) the bay is protected from northerly winds. We would recommend this place, though be careful if you have high-maintenance wives that look for reasons to complain! We had 8 children from 4 to 13 years old and they all cried when we left - it made their summer and that's all that really matters!

Our group of 10 adults had a wonderful week staying at this house on Flathead Lake! The house was clean and well stocked, and the view can't be beat! The location was convenient for our day trips to Glacier Park, Big Fork and Missoula. The town of Polson is right down the street with great restaurants and stores.

We have vacationed here for 10 years. It is our happy place!

Our family does a reunion every two years in different places. This was one of the best we had because of the location. We have a connection to the area and were very happy to be in the Flathead valley. The house was great for the 18 of us. The kitchen was adequately supplied with equipment for us to use for fixing meals. Everybody was able to have space to sleep and play. The lake presented the opportunity for our young guys to learn how to fish and they actually caught fish from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat which allowed us to tube and sight see around the bay. All in all we had a great week. Thank you Jerry for providing a great place to vacation.

This is a great location, the natural environment out toward the lake encourages a delightful array of birds and butterflies. The house is set up very nicely. I found myself over-indulging in relaxation, such a pleasant low stress opportunity. We loved it!

We had a great time, our kids and grand baby had plenty of room to spread out. The boys played pool and enjoyed the hot tub while we were there. We enjoyed seeing the deer right on the property and we had a night around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. We really enjoyed our trip to Polson, Glacier National Park and just unwinding with our family. Thank you Jerry for sharing you lovely home with us.

We had a family reunion, and had 4 families staying in the house and it worked out just great! We had plenty of room, every family had their own bathroom. The hot tub was a popular place after playing in the lake. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of table space for large meal gatherings. We'd stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house, as our 1st stay was so amazing! The lake setting is spectacular with the dock and electric lift providing great boating amenities along with the quiet cove allowing for fun and safe swimming activities for littler ones (it's only 3 or 4 feet deep for more than 50 feet from shore). The house is beautiful and easily/comfortably accommodated 12 of us (including 3 kids) with plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. The hot tub, pool table, horseshoe pit, and fire pit were great fun while the propane barbecue and well-equipped kitchen provided for great meals. Pretty much the only area for improvement is a couple of mattresses could stand to be upgraded. All in all, we were delighted again during our stay. Thank you Jerry!

This house which sits on Polson Bay of Flathead Lake could not have been any better. We had 18 adults and were concerned we'd be on top of each other. The six bedrooms are supersized with a queen bed in each and have ample room to actually hold a second queen bed. The house's open spaces on the main and lower floor easily accommodate our gatherings when indoors and the rear deck was ideal for our nightly family gatherings overlooking the lake. The dock provided access for bringing in a rental boat and for swimming excursions. The fire pit and hot tube were a bonus. I can't say enough about the hospitality of the owner Jerry. This house was a last minute fill in for the house we had rented and which went in to bankruptcy two months before we were to arrive in Montana. After staying here and viewing the original house we had rented there was no comparison this house was so much better. If we ever get the whole family together again in Montana this is where we will be staying.

My family spent one beautiful week at Jerry's lovely Flathead Lake rental. We celebrated our daughter's wedding, and the house was a perfect place for old friends and family to gather. The house has so many places to gather with a group and other places to spend time alone and read. The hot tub was a great hit, especially after swimming in not so warm Flathead Lake. The docks and lake access kept everyone out of the house and in the water. We all appreciated the large quantity of available beach towels. The layout of the house is suited for a large group. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room, decks and downstairs provided ample room to spread out and enjoy our meals. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this rental. Working with owner Jerry was excellent. He responded to any communication from me promptly, and I appreciated that.

This is a wonderful home, and there is so much to say about it. The owner was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Pool table, nice TVs, comfortable couches, lots of areas to gather or get some alone time. Plenty of tables to seat everyone. Jacuzzi was ready, and there is a nice fire pit down by the dock, and also a horseshoe pit. My wife and I absolutely loved the views, both from the decks, and even from our bed in the master suite. We would just lay there at night and in the mornings and enjoy the view out of the enormous windows. We'll definitely use this again for family gatherings!

This wonderful house was ideal for our family reunion with 18 members. Beautiful views from the house on the hill. Large decks looking over the lake and facing the Mission Mountains. Large kitchen with an island and lake view. Seven bedrooms and two pull out beds located in the downstairs living room. Big screen TV in the downstairs living room and two in the fabulous bar. The bar has a beer fridge and a full size fridge along with a sink and a dishwasher. Regulation pool table next to the bar. Large lawn leads to a fire pit and horseshoes pit down by lake. A large treks dock with a boat lift. Located in a protected cove. Jerry the owner is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. We would rent this place again without hesitation.

This home was perfect for our large blended family of 9 adults and 3 children and exceeded all of our expectations. The 3 levels provided space for lots of time together as well as more quiet moments. The property has child gates so there was no worry about an 18 month old and the stairs. The fire ring and horseshoe pit was a great way to enjoy the outdoors. We rented a deck boat for the day from Polson Boat Rentals which is nearby and some of our group did a half-day fishing charter through Flathead Fishing Charters. The drive to Whitefish and Glacier National Park is easy and this home is centrally located to enjoy all Montana has to offer. The owner, Jerry, is great to deal with and if you rent this home, you will create wonderful lifetime memories. Thank you Jerry and VRBO!

Our group of 11 were attending the Handbell Festival and thought this home was very comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and gorgeous views of Flathead Lake and the mountains. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were extremely clean, with plenty of kitchen utensils and bathroom towels and soap. Our large group had lots of privacy in this very large house. We cooked our meals and thought the kitchen was very nice. I think this home would be ideal for a family vacation.

We returned to this property for the second year! The location and space and amenities meet our needs perfectly. The dock, fire pit, horse shoes and outside lawn & deck areas are favorites.

We booked a weeks stay for a Photography Workshop/WanderlustExpeditions.com. This house was perfect for our group of 14. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Lots of table space for the photographers to work on editing photos. Wireless Internet worked awesome, exactly what we need for our group. All the students loved the house and want to come back again for the next workshop. Jerry was quick to respond to all my questions and was accommodating. A wonderful host, we were able to meet Jerry and his family upon departure. House is close to downtown Polson, less than a 5 min drive. Lakeside access was a major plus for my kids. Also, has an outdoor hot tub. Last night of our stay we had a small gathering with all the students and made smores and enjoyed a campfire. Added bonuses upstairs and downstairs washer/dryers, 3 refrigerators, extra folding tables and chairs for our group dinner, new outdoor grill, and lots of beach towels. My only con is the bunk area, there is no door but we made a small barrier for privacy and bunk bed was noisy and uncomfortable but we just put mattress on the floor and kids were fine. We are looking forward to coming back in 2016!
