One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Location was really great and even attached to a mall and to the public transport. City center is reachable by long walk. Breakfast was great. All staff was really friendly and was keen to help us with a smile.

There is nothing to mention much but worth noting that the view from the room was not exciting at all. Hotel was slightly pricey but was definitely worth the money.

Great hotel which is in a good location. A few minutes walk to the metro station and it is attached to a shopping mall. We had breakfast which was fantastic! The staff were all helpful and friendly. Good size room for a family of four with the sofa bed made up ready for our arrival.

we found the property to be modern , clean and was situated close to some lovely restaurants such as Yamato grill.

Everything was more than perfect, the hotel is super cosy, nice, clean and the staff working there so nice, polite and helpful. We went there for work and they helped with all our requests. The room is very spacious and the breakfast has a big variety.

Tried different 5 star hotels in Budapest but I was impressed with this one in spite of lower star rating. Comfort is excellent, from beds to soundproofing. The staff is very helpful and friendly, accommodating the requests. The lounge is nice, the food is excellent and the location was very good for us. I will definitely visit again next time, because of the value for money and overall experience.

Location was great, within walking distance to most places as long as the weather weather is good. Breakfast was lovely- lots of options for vegetarians Room was very spacious and modern. Reception staff very helpful

When we came back to the hotel very late - we asked for water from reception as in the hotel rooms, water was provided complimentary therefore we assumed the water given was also complimentary - it cost £10 for 3 bottles of water and we didn’t realise it had been charged to our room until we were checking out.

I loved the room, very spacious and clean. The bathroom was in great condition, and the amenities in the room such as coffe maker and fridge were high quality. Being located in a mall, the hotel is probably the best located in all of Budapest and I would recommend it to everyone for conveniences sake if not amenities
