غرفة فقط بدون اي خدمات مثل غلاية الماء والشاي والقهوة وبدون ادوات الاستحمام مثل الشامبو والتدفئة سيئة جداً والحمد لله انها كانت ليلة واحدة فقط وكذلك الافطار جداً فقير مقابل مبلغ كبير اعتقد خمسة يورو للشخص

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Francesco. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location couldn't be better; we were only five minutes away from the tower, cathedral, and museums. This hotel was an exceptional value.
The rooms were not very big, but considering the age of the hotel it's not reasonable to expect huge rooms. If a large, modern hotel were to be built in this historic district it would completely ruin the character of the area.

The place is nice. But very big thank you for the staff member who help us a lot with ouer 5 months old sick beaby. Its a gentelmen working on the recepcion from Rumenia.

The location , being situated 5 walking minutes away from the tower on a pedestrian street
Very bad choice on many levels:
-if you travel by car , you will be charged 15 eur to be able to enter the old part of the city, but the hotel does not provide a parking solution , you have to find a parking spot on the streets around the hotel on your own, so consider this if you have big luggage. The closest available parking spot we found was 400 m away from the hotel
-the room was small , the furniture was old, the walls were cracked ,electrical cables were coming out of the walls , everything was old and in need of urgent renovation
- bathroom was horrible , i cut my hand in the shower hose covering wich was broken, there was no hot water, the water presure was very low, one of the shower doors was missing , the hotel provided only a soap dispenser wich was fixed over the sink so you had to get out of the shower to get soap.
-The room was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival

Poor toilet accessories ( I.e. shower gel wrapped in plastic ) and the breakfast was poorly. The croissants were stale!

Central short walk to Tower.
Power point next to bed didn't work. Interconnecting room door covered by wardrobe is fine but could hear the other rooms conversation clearly. Room needed maintenance attention. No where to place soap or toiletries while in the shower.

The elevator wasn't working (temporary technical problem), poor performance of the air-conditioning in the room. The room was very small for a family of four. We stayed for just one night so it was fine. But the room size would have been a problem if we stayed for more nights.

Heating was only turned on after I told about it. Because of loud neighbours and 0 soundproof we could not sleep so well.

The bed is not that confortable, we stayed 3 nights, I think 2 is plenty
You have to let the water run for about 8 minutes so you get a warm shower but then the shower floods
Every day at 5pm we had to go back to our room to turn on the a/c as it took forever to warm up the room

Small, comfortable hotel right in the heart of the tourist area. Many restaurant and sites within easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful.
Motorcycle needed to be parked on the street. Fortunately I could see it from the room. Breakfast was a bit simple. We went out for a cooked meal second morning.

We had to book this hotel at the last minute and unfortunately the twin beds that we`d asked for were not available. We had missed the message from the hotel explaining that we would only have a king bed, but in the event they were very apologetic and helpful. The manager waived the charge for our breakfasts and gave us an extra set of sheets so that we were more comfortable. The location of the hotel was great - right near to the Leaning Tower and the Square of Miracles - plus in the heart of a pedestrianized area with lots of restaurants. A view of the famous tower glimpsed from the breakfast balcony got the day off to a great start.
Feel a bit mean saying this, as our breakfast was free, the charge having been waived. I felt that the selection of breakfast items could have been wider and more imaginative, but the setting and other good features of the hotel made up for this.
