La colazione è ottima .Sala colazione con vista mare bella.
In camera con patio e vista mare dove abbiamo soggiornato c'era odore sgradevole. Il telefono non prende in questa zona. Siamo venuti esattamente per passare qualche ora la sera nella sauna ma ci hanno detto che la sauna è aperta solo in week end che non era scritto prima da nessuna parte. La piscina e lo stabilimento si chiude per l'estate troppo presto. Alle 18.00 c'è ancora tanto sole, caldo ma la piscina non è acessibile- gia chiusa. Lo stabilimento si potrebbe chiudere quando se ne va il sole ma non in pieno sole anche se è la sera. Se venite solo per 1 notte verso le 17-18 praticamente non potete usufruire i servizi gia pagati.Il parcheggio a pagamento per albergo di 4 stelle con prezzi della camera alti è vergognoso. Nel bagno tutto è abbastanza vecchio anche se funzionante. Non tornerei. .

OMG dream hotel! My room had a balcony! I can’t believe how affordable it was given the Tour De France was happening! I will be bookmarking this hotel and returning again. Bravo!

The location , the kindness of staff, the swimming pool.

The room, smell of mould, very old bathroom and bed.
It seems there was Not enough staff to serve the number of guests.
All staff was superb, but the service wasn’t very good because short of staff.
Also food was good but the average.
Everything was good and really enjoyed my stay, but for the price and considering it’s a 4 star I had high expectations.

This hotel has an amazing location with the pool almost on the beach.
The hotel needs a big refurbishment, the rooms are like walking in to the 50's. Then, they have these strange rules (as many other italian hotels), you can not bring a bottle of water to the table at breakfast (they will charge you), the pool is closed between 13-14.00 (for no reason) and closes again at 18.00. The beach closes at 19.00.

The mare was gorgeous, the beach well kept, the pool pristine. The hotel itself has seen better days, there was always trash in our hallway, rugs not vacuumed, floors not cleaned
The reception was singularly bad. We have been to many Italian hotels and have never been treated as poorly as we were at Hotel Le Dune. Also, we were unable to drive in the dark to an outside restaurant on two evenings and when we tried to reserve a table they said they had room only at 9:00. Understandable. But when we ordered we waited until 10:00 for our food and when it came it was the wrong order. At breakfast we ordered a simply double espresso which never came. We will certainly not be going back.

The beach was beautiful and the customer service was excellent in all areas of the hotel. Super friendly and efficient. Likewise the restaurant staff. The room was comfortable, furnished with taste and with a beautiful view of the beach and sea. We were lulled to sleep by the waves lapping on the beach all night. Our stay was brief but regenerating because the whole experience was extremely relaxing.
