Great Central location 10mins from Ferry next9 to bus station and near train station. Modern hotel large clean rooms. Good breakfast value and secure parking to right of train station by arrangement with hotel.

Not much access for loading or unloading.

Great location. Although expensive price for the one night. Could have hard floors rather than carpet in pet friendly rooms

Location was good with car parking outside the hotel

Breakfast was offered but as we had a dog travelling with us we were unable to take her into the breakfast area and did not want to leave her in the room alone, a dog friendly area would have been appreciated by us.

The receptionist first shouted for passports, then started checking us in only to go on a long telephone call, leaving us standing there.... First impressions count, and this was very poor customer experience

We received a very warm welcome, it was our 3rd visit . The location is ideal, our room was quiet, comfortable and breakfast is really good, great selection, fresh and plentiful. The bathroom towels are luxurious and instand hot water. Also we came by bicycle and they always have a secure area for us to store them. The locatiation is perfect, central, near to the Ferry , parks, right on the sea front, restaurants, shopping and culture. 5 star service all round. Thank you so much.
