Nos gustó todo, empezando por Fran el chico de la recepción que nos guió y ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, es una bellisima persona y un muy buen profesional ya que no se dejó detalle al guiarnos de donde desayunar, comer, cenar, visitar, etc... quedamos encantados con él. Por otro lado, el restaurante del hotel impresionante, una comida riquísima y la atención de los dos camareros inmejorable. Sitio muy tranquilo y agradable situado en el parque de Oromana, muy bonito, que ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea de 10!

Personnel très sympathique ,chambre très propre ,petit déjeuner très bien .Établissement agréable ,restaurant fermé à notre arrivée ,la personne de l 'accueil nous a indiqué un très bon restaurant .

Comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Very nice location, close to Seville, place was quiet. Shame we were out all day and didn't get a chance to look around the town. The hotel is like a villa, located on the hill top, surrounded by trees. The entrance hall was very nice with nice ceramic picture of Alcala. Receptionist was very kind and helpful.

We had superior room but it was far from superior. When we entered the room it was smelly from the sink. Bathroom was bit mouldy and there was rubish from previous guests. Beds were comfortable, equipment was OK, anyway it needs some reconstruction. Also area around hotel was very untidy. The pool was full of leaves, grass carpet dirty. I hope the hotel will get it tidy by the beginning of the season. Breakfast was also average. From outside beautiful place from inside average. I am sorry.
