Le petit déjeuner est très varié et de qualité
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est le plus de cet établissement
L’accueil n’a pas été au niveau pour un hôtel de ce standing car personne ne nous a monté nos bagages et montré notre chambre
La tuyauterie est très bruyante d’une chambre à l’autre
L’espace détente autour de la piscine est très réduit et occupé toute l’après midi

The location was perfect for what we wanted, central Seville in the old district. Walking distance from everything. The staff were really very helpful.
We liked most of what the hotel can offer. The pool was however pretty small and it is not for swimming but for hanging around it. Some bits in the room need attention but nothing major.

Het is een prachtig hotel, gelegen op een perfecte locatie. Alles op loopafstand en veel lekkere tapas restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen!
We kregen ook een upgrade omdat het onze huwelijksreis was, heel lief.

The location was great, but our room was directly below a bar and we were awoken at 7.00 in the morning on the first night (all three rooms) and 3.30 on the second by crashing noises. The hotel denied knowing what it was on two occasions but on the third complaint they said that the bar was owned by someone else and they couldn't do anything about the racket. They shouldn't sell rooms knowing that residents could be woken up at night. I was most cross about the misleading words used on the first and second night when both members of staff said "I can assure you that no-one is working in the hotel". They were being economical with the truth.

Tout était parfait ! La chambre avec vue sur la Giralda, le petit déjeuner excellent et très varié.
Le bar sur le toit, le patio, la situation à 2 pas de tout ! Le personnel d’une grande gentillesse .
Revers de la médaille : le roof top engendre de bruit que l’on entend depuis les chambres .

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en pleno centro. Subir a la terraza a relajarse tomando algo y ver la Giralda al fondo es un placer de otro mundo. Asimismo, el trato por parte del personal del hotel no puede ser mejor. Repetiremos 100%.

La incomoditat de l'habitació (amb dos graons per anar de l'entrada al llit), la neteja (deficient) i el preu.

Très bon accueil, le personnel est disponible pour faire que votre séjour se passe bien. Très bon emplacement, nous avons tout fait à pied. Bar en terrasse avec vue sur une partie de la cathédrale.

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr einladender Pool auf dem Dach mit netter kleiner Bar und großartigem Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte im Parkhaus parken und mit dem Taxi zum Hotel fahren, da Gassen extrem eng. Wir haben das Auto im Parkin Avenidas Roma abgestellt und bekamen dann vom Hotel einen Rabattgutschein fürs Bezahlen.
Uns hat alles gefallen.

The only improvement to room would be a full length mirror and some where to placeo open luggage since we found closet too small for two peoples baggage items.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Seville. We have stayed many (?6) times over the past ten years and have seen the place go through lots of change and updating. The staff are consistently fantastic; the reception team are always available and helpful, bar and restaurant staff are skilled and vibrant (special thanks this time to José and Leon), and the housekeeping team are so lovely. This hotel makes for a great time in Seville.

Excellent location,staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Our Room was spacious , very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was perfectly located. 3 minute walk from Cathedral and many restaurants but tucked away so it felt quiet. The staff were superb! They could not be more helpful. The pool was much larger than expected and remarkably quiet for time of year. Pool bar was also a plus. Rooms were very well presented and spotlessly clean.

I love the location. And I love that there are ruins in the hotel.
I wish breakfast was less expensive. This is not the first time I stayed at the hotel and the first time I did not really like the breakfast so I didn’t pay for it this time.
