Our room was large and quiet, with plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases. The bed was comfy and bathroom of a good size with both bath and separate large shower.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The aircon worked well.
Location is excellent being nearby to many attractions and restaurants.
No issues were of concern.

Inicialmente o ar condicionado do quarto não estava gelando, num calor de alto verão de Madri, porém o problema foi resolvido.

Die zentrale und doch recht ruhige Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Beim Frühstück dauerte es manchmal recht lange bis man seinen Kaffee erhielt. Dafür war das Personal aber sehr freundlich und das Frühstück vielseitig und lecker.

Die Lage des Hotels ist aussergewöhnlich, im verkehrsberuhigten Zentrum, nahe Prado und Thyssen sowie der Ausgehmeile.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, und das Personal war zuvorkommend.
Wir haben 3 Zimmer gebucht; 2 Zimmer waren im 4. Stock und sehr hell. Das 3. Zimmer war ebenfalls im 4. Stock und ziemlich dunkel; ausserdem gab es Küchengerüche, wenn man das Fenster öffnete.
Die Rezeption zeigte sich sehr hilfreich und gab uns ein Zimmer im 1. Stock, das wir ebenfalls als düster wahrnahmen. Wir beantragten erneut einen Zimmerwechsel, was uns auch zugestanden wurde. Schliesslich waren wir im 2. Stock mit 2 Fenstern. Man gewährte uns ein Upgrade. Dort fühlten wir uns wohl, obwohl das Zimmer nach unserem Geschmack noch etwas heller hätte sein können.
Das Personal der Rezeption war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Gratis-Snacks zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr schätzten wir sehr.

Hotel com localização excelente, próximo de restaurante e bares e bastante central. Dá para caminhar para todo o lado. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O quarto e o banheiro são grandes e confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito bom, com várias opções veganas.

Me encantó el Hotel♥️. Tiene una decoración hermosa, las camas son súper cómodas, la habitación lo suficientemente grande para acomodarse con las maletas, los Toiletries son de ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Los empleados son muy atentos. Y los desayunos espectaculares.

One of the best I have ever stayed at. In terms of cleaning everything was spotless and the stuff was really friendly and there for any needs. The rooms had a lot of amenities which even 5 star hotels I have previously stayed at did not have.
There was literally nothing that I didn’t like about it.

Location is very central, close to both attractions as well as many bars and restaurants. The decor was very nice, loved our room and the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Room was immaculately clean. Front desk service was very friendly and welcoming and checkin and checkout process was fast. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the personal feel of the establishment. It was convenient and comfortable. The availability of infused water and afternoon snacks was an appreciated benefit. The head waiter who served our breakfast was fantastic! He remembered our preferences and was ready to assist. The turn-down service, slippers, robes, and chocolate treats were wonderful bonuses.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, 24 hour reception- hotel felt safe and secure. Room was clean with daily service.
No actual door for the bathroom- just sliding glass. Location was close to park guell but far from everything else and getting a taxi/ Uber in Barcelona is near impossible.

Very friendly staff, clean spaces and quiet rooms despite the central location. The external appearance of the hotel is a little deceiving because it is really elegant inside! Would definitely stay again!

Understandable higher price for a hotel in this neighborhood . Would have appreciated if breakfast was included.
An unrelated note: Booking.com doesn’t seem to include many hotel choices for Madrid compared to rentals of private apartments as before.
