Great location .reasonable DBB included rates

Have stopped there before and didn't have to pay to park my motorbike. This time I did have to pay 😪

Air-conditioning worked well for the hot weather.

TV was broken, but that did not matter for me on this stay.

That the hotel was close to Seville.

That the evening meal as a buffet became a queue.

Staff was speaking bad English except Davide. Very bad and poor breakfast for the price they are asking. Also you need to pay for the parking and old and peeling furniture. No space for opening the luggage

The room is very comfortable. Breakfast was not bad.

There is no coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff were very accommodating, I had 6:00am starts each day and they made me a breakfast box each day.

The evening meal was a little too late for me as I had early starts. It would have been great if the sun loungers were available to use.

Actually, everything was bad.

Cleanliness, all old stuff. Old rooms. Bad food and big prices. Pool not working. The rooms has no isolation. I could hear my all neighbours.

We used this as our base for visiting the Donana National Park - we had the Romantic offer which included evening meal, breakfast and a bottle of bubbly in the room. Food and service was fantastic. We had a huge room with balcony and living room space, the bathroom was lovely and had loads of great products. My only issue was I think the rooms either side of us had jetlag and were moving around all night so I barely slept sadly. But I recommend the hotel and the additional food options, was a lovely hotel to stop for the night.

it was well air conditioned with a good temperature. good garden view. well designed room layout. in terms of cleanliness it was so-so.

poor quality beds, it was just a platform with legs that made a lot of noise. TV aerial cable was not connected. Light switch fixtures were missing, or some were even broken. Shower did not hold the holder.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable.

The food was horrible, mostly tasted like unfrozen without seasoning.

EVERYTHING. The Hotel pictures on Booking.com and the actual hotel were 2 different rooms. We had broken furniture and sinks. The whole room was really old and broken and, staff made us feel stupid for not being able to speak Spanish as English speakers. A simple room service order had to go through a minimum of 4 staff members before our order could be registered. We’re english not Aliens. This was booked for my Boyfriends birthday and nothing about the room or stay made it feel special. I will never be staying here again. The breakfast didn’t have anything Vegetarian or Vegan so we literally ate bread and overall just felt un welcome here.

I thought from the time I checked in to the kindness and politeness the staff showed me throughout my stay were nice. I even extended and they did that flawlessly. I will no doubt stay there again because even the food was good to eat. The view from the balcony was quite amazing as well.

The WIFI reception could have been better, but other than that, I don't think there is much I could have wanted. I thought the food process, especially at breakfast was a bit pricey but overall it wasn't bad.

Convenient to highway, secured parking, and restaurant bar area.

Rooms were not very sound proof. heard the guest in the next room all night long. Sounded like construction with the headboard banging against the wall.

Good place for an overnight stay. Wouldn't want to spend more time here. Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. I recommend the entrecote. Was delicious!!

EUR 7,50 for 'secure' parking of a motorcycle is a bit over the top I would say

Clean Room. good food. Friendly staff. Pretty hotel.

You allowed a wedding to play loud music until 8am. Totally unfair to the other guests. I did not sleep at all that night.
