El desayuno era muy variado y muy amplio. Es lo que más nos gustó. La habitación era amplia y el baño también.

Creo que no hay nada! Nos encantó el hotel y Jerez.

The deck overlooking the pool and courtyard was beautiful in the evening. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon and the breakfast fantastic in the morning. Lots of on site parking available.

Nothing we even extended our stay by a night.

The pool had allot of algae on the tiles. I appreciate keeping a very large pool clean is difficult especially with the heat- but this needs to be worked on.

breakfast has to be improved. despite the variety of food is remarkable I think the quality is not the same as pre covid. in the past there was a table in the middle of breakfast room with Jamon and other cured meat. it was top quality and not comparable with ones serve Now.

Parking was easy and accessible. Breakfast was very good.

The beds were very hard. The curtains still let alot of light in when closed. The walk from the hotel to the city center was longer than expected.

The staff were so helpful and booked several things for us. The Patio Los Naranjos restaurant served excellent food the steak was second to none. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing pool. Tranquil atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room we had led directly to the poolside which made it so relaxing to pop out for a swim whenever you felt like it.

Not the best breakfast ever but everything else made up for it. The adjoining restaurant was lovely for evening meals.

it’s not right in the centre of the old town, but for this level of facilities and price it’s still a very food choice.

The restaurant was fine.

We were not at all satisfied with the staff. We only chose this accommodation because it has an indoor pool. It was not at all clear during the booking that it was not open on Sundays. As we travelled there for this reason, the experience was missed. When I asked the staff they laughed at us. I think this is unacceptable at what level. Obviously it is difficult to generalise about the whole staff from this, that was our experience. For a four star hotel it was pretty old fashioned. Outside pool did work but outside was cold and neglected. Otherwise the restaurant was a positive disappointment. More or less everything was fine the food was delicious and the wine was good.
