All staff are very friendly, food is good, plenty of choice, clean rooms.

No fridge in the room and now as its open plan no bedside tables with drawers

Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Beds are very comfortable and everywhere was spotless!

Breakfast was only lukewarm. There is a microwave, but heating up scrambled egg or omelette isn't the best! Plenty to choose from though.

Staff all friendly and great service from them all, great location for the main strip of bars and walking distance to the beach.

Food was a bit hit and miss, not many options at all if you're Veggie, the entertainment was non existent, possibly as we're slightly off season but mostly just YouTube videos being played, fine for us but if you prefer to stay in, probly try somewhere else.

Our stay was only one night, room and breakfast. Room was perfectly adequate, clean and tidy. Breakfast had an excellent selection of food. Overall, just what we needed.

Soundproofing - we could hear every other guest on our floor and the one above coming back after we had gone to bed. Also, the late night collection of the rubbish was very noisy even through the closed double glazed windows. We were on the 3rd floor, so not very far above street level.

very clean hotel not far from Benidorm Palace where we were visiting. small private car park @ €12 a day. very good choice of hot and cold breakfast. Room on small side but more than adequate.

No indoor music in the lounge ,poor selection of snacks at the pool bar . Entertainment was very poor for guests at pool side at a evening time

Just there for the night to visit the Benidorm Palace. Looked for a cheap hotel and so arrived at Gala Hotel.

Staff were lovely, maids came in every day. 2 pools so plenty sunbeds. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. Did get a bit bored of the food choice for lunch dinner and not a lot of choice for vegetarians but over all for what you pay it’s totally fine. Staff are great. Location is fab near to everything. Thank you

tidy, two good pool areas and nice rooms for the price. different choices of food each day for evening meals which was good for the price. and the staff were all very friendly.
