Good location
Pool was too small for amount of apartments, not enough sunbeds. No air conditioning.

It’s so close to absolutely everything, we rented a car and we didn’t use it once. The pools are lovely, the pool bar food was lovely. The staff were brilliant, there was a man who worked in the bar, he had a beard, an absolute gentleman of a man and a credit to HG Lomo blanco, he would see our 2 year old son and dance with him by the bar, he’d take his juice bottle and fill it when we asked for apple juice, just a very positive and to be honest just a good guy!
We had a downstairs apartment so it got very warm during the day, we seen that there was ceiling fans being installed so we can’t wait to stay again and hopefully those fans will solve that problem!

Location is good
Refrigerator in the apartment ( no 101) was in poor condition, old and rusty. The beds by the pool are very worn, collapsing in the middle ...they need updating, very uncomfortable.

Que no hubiera aire acondicionado y que la ventana del dormitorio no tuviera rejas para poder abrirla por la noche.

Rooms were fine. Clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all really friendly. Very chatty and helpful.
No air con wasn’t great. Location meant you have to get taxi back to hotel as to steep to walk. Taxis are cheap though.

Accommodation was amazing and would give it a 10 on cleanliness would definitely recommend it. The only issue for me was no Air conditioning but they do supply each apartment with a fan.

apartments were in a great location, really clean & modern. They were cleaned nearly every day. staff were really nice & helpful.
wifi wasn’t included (€15 extra for the week). They also state that there is air conditioning included in the apartments- it is a plug in fan so this is just something to be aware of. I have no complaints about these apartments, they were really lovely & would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant poor service. One man only slow. Chips only with dinner so we only had dinner 2 nights. No potatoes cant eat chips every nite

Excellent value, spacious apartment in front of the pool, recently renovated facilities (complex and apartment itself) and apartment fitted with modern bathroom and very nice terrace to eat outside. Very friendly and polite staff. Great value and a comfy stay!
Some apparently abandoned ‘beach toys’ lay around the pool during unclaimed by anyone. Whilst the staff remove them from the water everyday to do the daily cleanup, they may make the place look untidy at times

Amazing pool. Large, clean apartment. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Large shower room downstairs in the reception to change in after a day at the pool if you have checked out earlier that day and have a late flight. Luggage storage. Late check out depends on availability.
The staff at the pool bar ignored us one day and wouldn't take our order. They need more staff at the pool bar and more options. No air con in the room made it uncomfortable.

Friendly reception. The Gym was small but nice and clean. On-site laundry was helpful. The pool was nice, but the surrounding area was dirty, people were smoking and blasting their own music despite the pool bar playing good music.
My apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, most of the time I ended up cleaning it myself and canceling the cleaner

No air conditioning in the summer & had to pay for a fan which we needed to have .
Rooms very small and ants on walls, beds very uncomfortable,, Electric kettle was broken and kitchen space very small .Very Bad Smell from Bathroom of stagnant water we had to keep the door. closed at all time .
We had to pay for Wi-Fi also .
